Corpinnat is a Spanish wine designation for traditional method sparkling wines aged for a minimum of 18 months and made from manually harvested, organic or biodynamically farmed grapes in the Penedès. This is a very sophisticated, dry rosé that has fresh notes of strawberries and raspberries and a long elegant finish.

This property has historical importance, being farmed by a pioneering family of the wine industry in the Uco Valley. The Italian José Zingaretti immigrated to Argentina at the beginning of the 20 th century, bringing along his knowledge of vine growing and winemaking from his homeland. He was one of the first settlers of Tupungato, which at the time was a remote and nearly inaccessible area. This wine comes from vines of more than 80 years old. Aged for 18 months in a combination of new, second and third use French oak barrels. 50% of the wine underwent full malolactic and 50% partial. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Only 400 cases made. Drinking beautifully now or hold for up to 6 years.

After visiting Argentina in 1989, Californian trail-blazer Paul Hobbs became deeply interested in both the terroir and Argentine culture, noticing the unique potential for Malbec and other varietals in the region. After meeting two kindred spirits, Andrea Marchiori and Luis Barraud, they founded Viña Cobos in 1997 and since then there has been no looking back. Utilising gnarly old vines, careful vineyard selection, very low yields and an unerring empathy for the raw materials, Viña Cobos craft intense yet balanced wines that showcase the elegance and beauty of this region. An excellent example of cool climate Riesling. Elegant aromas of ripe lime, wax and stone fruit on the nose. On the palate, lots of ripe stone fruits again and a long, zesty finish.

Liatiko is an indigenous Cretan grape variety , light ruby/garent in colour. The nose has a rich, ripe red fruit and sweet spice character. The palate is full, but has very soft tannins. 

Under organic conversion, this is a pale, shimmering ruby, hedonistic, unoaked light -coloured red with gorgeous perfumed, strawberry and raspberry liqueur notes, hints of game and fennel. Plump vibrant fruits, a refreshing thread of fine-pitched acidity, poised slightly grippy yet elegant tannins - hard to resist.

The 2021 Barbaresco is a gorgeous, deep wine. Although the aromatics are a bit
closed, the 2021 shows gorgeous depth and a touch more palate presence than is
typically the case for this bottling. Dark and enveloping, the 2021 will offer a number
of years of very fine drinking. It is an impressive, classy wine from Produttori del
Barbaresco.

Rich, complex and voluptuous Chenin stony soils, with a warm, dry climate and sea breeze unique to the Malgas region of South Africa. Fresh fruit and complex mineral  flavours, this wine carries on for a long time on the finish.

A pure fruit driven nose, perfumed with cut limes and a hint of petrol and candle wax. The finish is dry, refreshing and beautifully balanced, and incredibly open for a young Alsace Riesling.

94 Pts Neal Martin “The 2023 Cuvée Blanc Reserve is from a vineyard planted in 2016 that burned in the fire three years later. The vines were cut back and, fortunately, regrew. This is a blend of 90% Roussanne, 5% Chardonnay and 5% Viognier, oxidatively handled and fermented on the lees for 11 months in 500-liter barrels. It has a vibrant bouquet with honeysuckle, Clementine and a touch of chamomile, blossoming in the glass. Gorgeously textured and slightly waxy on the finish, this will mature with style. Raspberry red in colour, this grape variety, Otskhanuri Sapere, gives enticing aromas of plums, ripe berries with herbal and floral notes and a hint of balsamic. Full bodied, with balancing fresh juiciness and a long, dry and slightly smoky, earthy finish.

The grapes were carefully sorted in the vineyard and then again upon arrival at the
winery, berry by berry to ensure only the healthy, undamaged and best quality fruit was
vinified. Skin-contact fermentation took place using the traditional Georgian method of
clay jars known as Qvevri. These vessels have been recognised by UNESCO as a
process of important cultural heritage. The Qvevri in the Vachnadziani winery have a
950-litre capacity. The alcoholic fermentation lasted for one week, followed by a
maturation period of five months without skin contact.

Georgia is considered to be the ‘cradle of wine', as 8,000 year-old indigenous Rkatsiteli grape seeds have been found in clay vessels. Vachnadziani was established in 1953 and is one of the oldest wineries in Georgia. During the Soviet years the vineyard fell into disrepair, but now the vineyards and cellars have received considerable investment. The aim is to preserve their ancient wine culture while combining it with cutting edge technology. With over 1,000 hectares of vineyard, covering the Kakheti region in eastern Georgia and the Imereti, Racha and Lechkhumi regions in western Georgia, Vachnadziani cultivates 25 vine varieties - the majority of which are indigenous. Their exciting and dynamic range reveals all the charm of this historic winemaking land.
