Dry, complex and textured Chenin from a part of the Loire typically famed for its sweet wines.  Beautifully rich and ripe on the nose that suggesting it may not be bone dry - and yet it is! Twenty year old vines from their the Morandina vineyard near the Lessini mountains is at 450 metres altitude. Soils are limestone, calcareous and the site has a south-easterly exposure.It is a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, plus a tiny bit of Oseleta, the vine shoots are cut allowing the grapes to dry for a month on the vine before harvesting. After fermentation the wine is aged for 18 months in barrel.

Wow - This is beautiful, and a masterclass in balance. Rich stone fruit, apples, pears, and quince. Hints of spice, orange zest apple strudel, and a great backbone of acidity make this a very delicious wine indeed. Rabourcé is one of the warmest sites in Rully and lends itself very well to creating fruit forward wines with spice and texture. This wine was not produced in 2021 - so a good vintage to stock up and keep!

Mt Difficulty is Central Otago’s leading artisan winegrower with a pioneering heritage
based in Bannockburn. With their founding vineyards established in 1992, Mt Difficulty owns some of the oldest vines having harnessed this once brutal terrain to produce premium wines that are among the finest in New Zealand. Mount Difficulty is Bannockburn’s highest peak and the backdrop to their vineyards – some of Bannockburn’s oldest. Sustainability is at the heart of everything they do including using recycled glass made locally, a living roof to encourage biodiversity and new waste reduction technology to list just a few things they do.

Recently elevated to Garda DOC, this Garganega Pinot Grigio is selected from high quality vineyards in the area between Lake Garda and Vicenza. The addition of Garganega makes a more interesting, characterful wine than many basic Pinot Grigios. It evokes thoughts of summer evenings sipping wine by the shores of the lake!

Lightly aromatic with ripe stone fruit and citrus characters. A zesty, easy to drink dry white wine with considerable texture and soft, lightly honeyed fruit on the finish.
