Crafted in a century old copper still at Langley Distillery, using 100% British Wheat infused with six native hand foraged botanicals growing wild on our island and a further ten as the base. Wild Island Botanic Gin is bottled in Scotland at 43.7% abv using pure Scottish water

Wild Island ‘Sacred Tree’ Gin uses an array of carefully selected Autumn fruits, including brambles hand gathered on the island, added to a composition totalling 22 individual botanicals to create an incredibly complex, ripe fruit, spicy-sweet contemporary London Dry style gin.

The ancient Scots observed a ‘sacred tree’ calendar of which the bramble vine was one representing the month of September. It was during the month of September that the fruits were gathered and it is the bramble to which the distillers are giving prominence due to its predominant character.

London Dry style gin crafted using botanicals unique to the Cape region. Kalahari Truffles, the signature botanical used and known locally as !N'abbas, can only be found by experienced truffle hunters after it rains, when the truffles swell up and create a distinctive cross shaped crack in the ground giving away their location. This cross in the land is where the gin derives its name from.

The gin is double distilled from grapes with more common botanicals juniper, coriander, cardamom, lemon, almond and aniseed and then two other more whackey South African botanicals, Rooibos and Honeybush, which compliment the truffle to give Cruxland gin a distinct South African character .

This limited edition Hitchin Honey Gin is a London Dry made with classic botanicals and infused with honey from own hives. The honey used in this small batch was harvested in the Summer of 2019 when our hives were in residence at a local lavender field. Delicious as a simple G&T paired with Elderflower tonic water. Enjoy!

Our hand-harvested, hand-spun honey is what gives this unique gin its distinctive straw-like hues.

Bouquet: Honey, lavender, orange-rind
The distinctive note of our Cardona & Son raw honey is what makes our gins undoubtedly ours, none more so than our lavender edition. Subtle notes of lavender that are found naturally in the honey, with a bright citrus undertone.

Palate: Lavender, honey, citrus fruits
Not quite as sweet as our original Hitchin Honey Gin, but still packed with all of the honey goodness. The honey characters are at the forefront of the gin, with a bright and prominent lavender note. Waxy blood orange flavours and softer cinnamon characters emerge towards the end of the palate as the subtle sweetness is balanced by a refreshing acidity, that cleans the palate into a long, nectar-like, drying finish

PUD PUD Cherry Gin starts life as our distilled PUD PUD Gin (winter seasonal Christmas gin) however, in July, towards the end of the cherry season we take delivery of the seconds and not so pretty lapin cherries from Horwood Cherries in Bucks. We add the PUD PUD Gin and fresh cherries to bourbon casks and rest them for a time to let the flavours and colour infuse. This gin is juniper forward with light spices and fruit from distilled Christmas pudding. Fresh orange peel adds a touch of additional citrus and it gains gentle sweetness from the cherries and soft vanilla notes from the oak cask. There is no added sugar. PUD PUD Cherry Gin is a rich, dark cherry red and best served with an Indian tonic water to open up the flavour. 50cl, 40% ABV.

This 5 year aged rum is crafted with a medley of spices including pink peppercorns, star anise, cloves and cinnamon and infused with raw honey from our own hives. Delicious served in a warming spiced rum hot toddy. Enjoy!

Appearance: Hazy, sunburst orange, gold
Sunrise in a glass. Just as the sun creeps over the horizon with a golden glow, the rum shines with bright orange hues through a haze of honey that creates a warm and inviting glass.

Bouquet: Waxed orange, autumnal spice
The nose erupts with soft subtle hints of waxey orange rind, and a sweet autumnal spice such as cinnamon and nutmeg. All brought together with a delicate note of our honey.

Palate: Vanilla, honey, toast, blood orange
To taste, the rum is bright and vibrant displaying its youth. The honey is prominent and balanced perfectly with notes of toast and vanilla from the oak ageing of the base spirit. The acidity is juicy and holds a character of blood orange, not too sweet and not too tart. The autumnal spice present in the bouquet holds strong on the palate and marries up the other flavours well.

This is definitely as fun and as lively as our previous honey-infused concoctions however, this is a much more serious and sophisticated beast.

Under stars, by a campfire, a gin was born. Campfire London Dry Gin pitches camp on the boundary between classic and contemporary styles. Ten botanicals including rooibos, sweet, fresh orange, hazelnut* and piney juniper are distilled with the finest UK wheat spirit. A citrus nose and juniper palate yield to a rich fruity middle and a sweet nutty finish.

Campfire Cask Aged, has dominant gin notes of juniper, citrus and coriander seed which are infused with a hint of caramel, fruity bourbon and vanilla. This is achieved through ageing in specially selected American oak ex-bourbon barrels. The wood also imparts a golden hue to this small batch gin. This is an oak aged gin but it’s not oaky or woody.

A departure from our core botanicals was required to create Campfire Old Tom Gin – a gin that emulates the spicier, sweeter profile of Old Tom gins. Distilled and compounded processes deliver a bolder flavour and a hint of colour. Gin of the Year in the Old Tom category at Craft Distillers 2019. Bottled at 45% ABV

A well-rounded aromatic gin with forward citrus notes - thanks to grapefruit, bergamot and lemongrass - and plenty of spice, ensuring that it is fit for a king!

For the perfect serve, we recommend pairing it with a Fever-tree Mediterranean Tonic, plenty of ice and garnishing with pink grapefruit peel.

Juniper, warm citrus, and green tea combine to create this smooth, flavourful gin. Partners brilliantly with Mediterranean or citrus tonics. A smooth, citrus forward gin, delicately infused with green tea botanicals, distilled slowly from 100% molasses spirit.

A unique blend of 12 botanicals includes Juniper, Sicilian lemon, Seville orange, White Korean ginseng, coriander seed, Angelica root and Orris root.

Distilled by Blackbridge on the Luton Hoo estate.

Distilled using local Hertfordshire juniper harvested by distillery founders Ben and Kate Marston.

The rare juniper used in this special edition gin is grown on The Box Moor Trust estate in Hemel Hempstead just 13 miles from our distillery in Tring. It’s distilled to a classic London Dry style with British coriander seed, British angelica root, orris root powder and fresh limes. The addition of limes is a nod to Boxmoor Wharf – once the home of Rose’s Lime Juice.

As with grape varieties, the terroir of a region has huge impact on the juniper, in this instance offering a profile that exhibits pine but with enhanced juicy plum and herbaceous notes.

The bottle label is inspired by Belted Galloway cows. Same great gin but which colour label will you choose? Burnt orange or dark brown?
