Massaya Rose is made with 100% Cinsault, grown on hillside vineyards in the Beqaa Valley, at an altitude of around 1000m. This beautifully balanced and expressive rosé has lovely freshness, due to the altitude and is aged in stainless steel vats for 8 months. It is bottled in late spring the following year after harvest.

One could easily confuse this with Riesling because of its petrol aromas on the nose. Wonderful tropical notes with a subtle creamy finish. Wow, we love this wine!

Nestled in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG area, the Althea Winery is surrounded by beautiful Rive or hills which are recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

Le Colombier is the flagship red blend from Massaya made from Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Tempranillo sourced from around 40 year old hillside vineyards in the Bekaa Valley. The grapes are hand picked, fermented in stainless steel and then aged for a year in large vats. A bright, juicy red with hints of spice and pepper.

Inky, dark purple in colour. The nose is pure and concentrated with aromas ripe dark fruit, violets and blackberry. Very well balanced palate with fresh acidity, ripe and supple tannin,  dark stone fruits, juicy yet concentrated with a very long finish. This wine will age well for 5-10 years if you can keep it that long!

Patricio Pereyra Pato is the owner and visionary of Bodegas Don Rosendo, Lujan de Cuyo A small estate with organic vineyards in some of the best sub-regions of Mendoza (including La Consulta and Agrelo) and with the superb Gabriela Zavala leading the winemaking, the quality is astonishingly high.

Subtle vanilla and spice along with delicate aromas of peach and orange are complimented by savoury, peppery notes on the palate. Serve as an aperitif or with light salmon or chicken dishes with nutty grains.

Made from biodynamically farmed Verdejo grapes this orange wine from La Mancha is fermented with ambient yeasts on the skins for 10 days and aged in very large French oak vats for 6 months. The wine is only partially filtered and has an attractive cloudy amber colour. Lees aging helps round out the wine, creating a smooth and complex finished wine.

This delicious blend of Shiraz and Malbec has a palate of ripe black and red berries, subtle spice, smooth tannins and a rich, long finish.

Champagne Guy de Forez is based in the pretty village of Les Riceys, in the southern part of the Côte des Bar. The village boasts the largest vineyard area in Champagne (866 ha), and today, its wines are in high demand from the Grandes Marques houses for their outstanding quality Pinot Noir grapes.

A brilliant ruby red colour, the aromas hinting at currants and cassis with notes of herbs and bitter cherry whilst the palate is elegantly structured, with characters of red currant, and ripe cherries. A long, sophisticated finish. This wine is drinking beautifully now, but will evolve nicely over the next 2-5 years.

On the west side of Sicily close to Marsala, Caruso Minini have their 4th generation vineyards and winery. 

Expressive nose displaying blueberry, red plum, red and sour cherry. In the mouth, the delightful notes of cacao, plums and caramel, with a hint of vanilla (6 months in oak) make it very elegant. The palate is fleshy, with good entrance, balanced acidity, soft tannins and a lasting finish.
