Massaya Rose is made with 100% Cinsault, grown on hillside vineyards in the Beqaa Valley, at an altitude of around 1000m. This beautifully balanced and expressive rosé has lovely freshness, due to the altitude and is aged in stainless steel vats for 8 months. It is bottled in late spring the following year after harvest.

The Three Squirrels Sparkling Brut is a rare blend of Muller Thurgau, Huxelrebe and Reichensteiner made in the traditional method.  The wine is aged on the lees and in bottle for at least 5 years before release. Brioche, toast and nectarine on the nose, with a rich and textured palate and long elegant finish.

Nestled in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG area, the Althea Winery is surrounded by beautiful Rive or hills which are recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

Concentrated cassis and plum with a hint of liquorice. Some evolved secondary and tertiary characteristics of forest floor leaves and tobacco.  A classic, elegant Bordeaux red drinking very well now.

Made from biodynamically farmed Verdejo grapes this orange wine from La Mancha is fermented with ambient yeasts on the skins for 10 days and aged in very large French oak vats for 6 months. The wine is only partially filtered and has an attractive cloudy amber colour. Lees aging helps round out the wine, creating a smooth and complex finished wine.

A big fruit forward expression of Chardonnay backed up by elegant and balanced toasty, buttery notes from spending time in new and old oak barrels. A long, fresh and dry finish.

One could easily confuse this with Riesling because of its petrol aromas on the nose. Wonderful tropical notes with a subtle creamy finish. Wow, we love this wine!
