Crafted in a century old copper still at Langley Distillery, using 100% British Wheat infused with six native hand foraged botanicals growing wild on our island and a further ten as the base. Wild Island Botanic Gin is bottled in Scotland at 43.7% abv using pure Scottish water

Wild Island ‘Sacred Tree’ Gin uses an array of carefully selected Autumn fruits, including brambles hand gathered on the island, added to a composition totalling 22 individual botanicals to create an incredibly complex, ripe fruit, spicy-sweet contemporary London Dry style gin.

The ancient Scots observed a ‘sacred tree’ calendar of which the bramble vine was one representing the month of September. It was during the month of September that the fruits were gathered and it is the bramble to which the distillers are giving prominence due to its predominant character.

The Story of Tosolini

The special secret of Tosolini distilled spirits will never be revealed to anyone outside of the members of the family. The ancient art acquired by Master Distiller Bepi Tosolini continues to live on in the professional commitment that is displayed by the entire family, from Giovanni, who now heads the company, to his grandchildren Giuseppe, Bruno and Lisa.

The Tosolini family are committed to preserving and refining the knowledge that their grandfather Bepi acquired from the master distillers of the territory of Friuli. This philosophy has resulted in a continual search for improved product quality and purity, while maintaining the intuition and mastery displayed by Bepi Tosolini also resulted in some innovations in the production of distillates. Defined by a famous journalist from the specialised press as the “patriarch of the still”, Bepi arranged for some special steam stills featuring manual controls to be built, which are still used by the company today. In fact, the steam still does not “burn” the marc or the grapes, but instead delicately transports the alcoholic vapours to the top of the device, allowing a pure and aromatic distillate to be obtained.

London Dry style gin crafted using botanicals unique to the Cape region. Kalahari Truffles, the signature botanical used and known locally as !N'abbas, can only be found by experienced truffle hunters after it rains, when the truffles swell up and create a distinctive cross shaped crack in the ground giving away their location. This cross in the land is where the gin derives its name from.

The gin is double distilled from grapes with more common botanicals juniper, coriander, cardamom, lemon, almond and aniseed and then two other more whackey South African botanicals, Rooibos and Honeybush, which compliment the truffle to give Cruxland gin a distinct South African character .

Mead is produced from fermented honey. This is gives the drink a very distinct, sweet and warming mouthfeel, perfect for sipping by the fireside. This version has a wonderful kick of chilli that warms you right through...

Mead is produced from fermented honey. This is gives the drink a very distinct, sweet and warming mouthfeel, perfect for sipping by the fireside. The finest mead has been gently blended with Christmas spices to make the perfectly smooth and mellow Christmas beverage. Perfect withmince pies, Christmas pud, or just on it's own.

The Quaglia Italian Classics were created with the aim of rediscovering family recipes, handed down from generation to generation since the early twentieth century, drawn from the passion and experience of four generations.  This Amaretto is made from an infusion of bitter almonds with alcohol, together with a selection of herbs and spices and sugar.

This all-natural Limoncello by the De Riso family is made from lemons harvested from the Amalfi coast, considered to be the best area for the lemons. This is one of the most high quality limoncello's we've ever tried!

Under stars, by a campfire, a gin was born. Campfire London Dry Gin pitches camp on the boundary between classic and contemporary styles. Ten botanicals including rooibos, sweet, fresh orange, hazelnut* and piney juniper are distilled with the finest UK wheat spirit. A citrus nose and juniper palate yield to a rich fruity middle and a sweet nutty finish. 42% ABV

Hilbing is a mixture of five fine natural botanicals that combine harmoniously in both aroma and the fresh, delicate flavour particular to Hilbing. A truly Argentine spirit created from a combination of fresh juniper from Patagonia, Malbec raisins, petals of wild roses from the ‘Piedmont of Mendoza’ area, toasted coriander seeds and linden flowers.

Lots of dried fruit character of raisins and citrus peel followed by sweet spices such as nutmeg, clove and cinnamon. This is a full bodied gin for the Malbec drinker who has everything. Fruity, smooth palate finishing with a spicy tang characteristic of a Malbec wine.

A unique take on our classic style. Gentle floral notes come through and are balanced by a precise cucumber character that sits firmly in the background alongside a candied lemon note, with the sweet scent of honey holding it all together

If this doesn’t instantly transport you to a village cricket pitch on an English Summer’s day, with the gentle hum of bees working away, nothing will!

The palate is fresh and crisp with a crunch of fresh bunches of elderflower that is wonderfully balanced by a cooling note of sweetened cucumber and earthy honey. The expectation is that the sweetness will stay, but it tenderly vanishes and leaves in its place a long finish of seasonal flowers, summer vegetables and sultry solstice honey.

Kaiyo Whisky is a fasciating whisky, starting out as a teaspooned malt (with the bulk of the malt whisky coming from one distillery, along with a drop of malt whisky from another distillery, meaning it can't be called a single malt). Matured in mizunara oak which imparts a wonderful array of flavours to the whisky, though its notoriously difficult for coopers to work with. It  also spends a portion of its maturation at sea, this evolves its flavour profile even further.

The Scalasaig ‘Island Hopper’ takes its name from the port village on the Isle of Colonsay where our company has its brewery/micro-distillery/headquarters.

The Scalasaig ‘Island Hopper’ evokes a journey of discovery, setting out to source the finest casks of mature single malt from distilleries around the Scottish islands and coastlines.

These aged peated whiskies, selected from the Orkney isles right down to Islay, are vatted together and filled into fresh first-fill Spanish sherry oak casks to create an expertly crafted and perfectly balanced smoky-sweet Scotch
Only ever produced in small batches of 3,000 bottles, the
‘Maiden Voyage’ was released in September 2019!

PUD PUD Cherry Gin starts life as our distilled PUD PUD Gin (winter seasonal Christmas gin) however, in July, towards the end of the cherry season we take delivery of the seconds and not so pretty lapin cherries from Horwood Cherries in Bucks. We add the PUD PUD Gin and fresh cherries to bourbon casks and rest them for a time to let the flavours and colour infuse. This gin is juniper forward with light spices and fruit from distilled Christmas pudding. Fresh orange peel adds a touch of additional citrus and it gains gentle sweetness from the cherries and soft vanilla notes from the oak cask. There is no added sugar. PUD PUD Cherry Gin is a rich, dark cherry red and best served with an Indian tonic water to open up the flavour. 50cl, 40% ABV.

Calvados Comte Louis de Lauriston is made in the farms of the Domfrontais regions.
The use of around 50% of pears in the production process, the single distillation and the granite soils of the region give Calvados Comte Louis de Lauriston a unique style.
Very fruity, dry and elegant, calvados Comte Louis de Lauriston was acknowledged by 178 medals in Spirit competitions. One of the 5 or 6 best Calvados.

Distilled with apples and pears, deliciously fruit forward Calvados.

A vintage brandy matured in oak barrels for 10 years. With its deep amber colour, KWV 10 Year Old contains complex, dried-fruit and port-wine aroma, enhanced by subtle spicy and nutty flavours. A full-bodied brandy, with a lingering, fruity and slightly sweet finish.
KWV 10 Year Old Brandy is produced by pure copper pot still distillation from carefully selected wines derived from the recognized brandy grape cultivars grown in the best suited areas of the Cape Winelands in terms of soil, climate and location.
