The Estate Grown Morning Fog Chardonnay is named for the morning coastal fog pushed by Pacific wind streams into the bowl of the San Francisco Bay. This daily phenomenon moderates the climate to produce excellent, beautifully balanced Chardonnay.

50% barrel fermented in neutral American oak barrels. 50% fermented in stainless steel tanks. Barrel fermented portion was aged sur lie for 5 months. Bâtonnage, the art of stirring the barrels, was performed monthly. Stainless steel portion was half aged on lees for 5 months while the other half was racked clean to preserve the fresh fruit characters.

The offering of Petite Sirah from McManis Family Vineyards is almost black in colour but with a vibrant and youthful hue. The nose has an abundance of ripe black fruits, predominantly blackberry and boysenberry. Oak aging has contributed a pleasing mélange of rich creamy caramel and maple syrup scents, with just a barely perceptible waft of smoke. Savoury and luscious with a pleasantly persistent finish.

This wine is luxuriously sweet and divinely tempting. Layers of coffee, After-Eight chocolates, black berries and prunes dominate but they are beautifully balanced with a firm structure of acid and fine grained tannins.

Blanc is the result of exploration into the best white varieties hailing from the ancient north-west Mediterranean. Native to the southern Rhône, these Châteauneuf varieties have been traditionally blended for many years, encouraging the pursuit of a progressive white blend. With careful vineyard management and a light handed approach in the winery, the Blanc showcases the vibrant, textural and crunchy style these varieties provide in unison.

The Grenache Blanc was picked and pressed to tank. Roussanne, Bourboulenc, Clairette and Grenache Gris were hand picked and basket pressed independently with fine free run separated. All juice extracted to stainless steel tank then transferred for fermentation in old French oak hogsheads and barriques. Matured in barrel on lees for 6 months before blending. Bottled February 2022. Certified Organic and Biodynamic.

Aged in American oak and Sherry casks
