This wine was historically the favoured wine of the Roman empire. A fresh, dry, concentrated, with lovely chewy ripe tannin. Black berries and plum fruit, mingle with a slightly smokey flavour. Lovely, long earthy finish.

Straw yellow with flecks of green. The nose is aromatic and floral with citrus peel, quince, ripe pear notes. The palate is beautifully balanced and fresh and has long mineral finish.
