A pretty pale-yellow gold tints. Floral aromas and a touch of citrus come through on the nose, which develops buttery and brioche-like notes with age. Full and supple on the palate, long finish.

The Three Squirrels Sparkling Brut is a rare blend of Muller Thurgau, Huxelrebe and Reichensteiner made in the traditional method.  The wine is aged on the lees and in bottle for at least 5 years before release. Don't limit this beverage to just dessert though - it will go well as an aperitif or with soft cheese after dinner or even a main course of roast chicken and potatoes!

Citrus and gently floral aromas lead to a very fresh and zippy palate with crisp green apple and lightly honeyed characters. A refreshing and approachable style of fizz - yet with texture and depth underlying the bright fruit.
