Sparkling

Grapes are grown in Casa Berger vineyards beneath the slopes of Montserrat in Alt Penedes. Harvested at night, mixed and chilled in dry ice, then spent 2h macerating before being fermented for 25 days. Aged for 10-12 months before release.

It was disgorged in late 2021 after four years on the lees. It still has plenty of room for development and will continue to improve for five or more years.

Very pale straw yellow sparkling with fine, persistent bubbles. Intensely fruity aromas with clear hints of ripe golden apple, exotic fruit salad and citrus fruits, alongside a floral aroma reminiscent of wisteria flowers. On the palate La Rivetta is fresh, dry and austere but at the same time smooth, with soft fruity flavours.

Villa Sandi lies in the heart of Treviso in the north east of Italy and has a history that goes back to the 17th century. The Moretti Polegato family have been devoted to wine culture for many generations and their winemaker Stefano Gava has consistently won prestigious awards for their range of Proseccos.

Straw yellow in colour. Concentrated, persistent mousse. Generous on the nose, intense and well balanced with delicate white flower notes, such as wisteria and acacia blossom, with notes of green apple and pear. Very dry 'brut' in style with only 4g/l residual sugar, with crisp acidity on the palate, very dry yet richly-flavoured, with a long stoney finish.

A delicate yet rich, Pinot Noir-based rosé from a Pinot Noir specialist, this has a fine mousse, wonderful texture and deliciously tangy finish. Beautiful!

Corpinnat is a Spanish wine designation for traditional method sparkling wines aged for a minimum of 18 months and made from manually harvested, organic or biodynamically farmed grapes in the Penedès.
