Made solely from Chardonnay, this is a serious and elegant Crémant du Jura. On the nose it is creamy; on the palate well balanced with good depth and classic Champagne-esque toasted brioche flavours and creamy notes evident again, giving this complex wine an appealing softness.

Domaine de Désiré Petit’s Crémant is made using the ‘methode traditionelle’, from Chardonnay purposely grown on poor soils to maintain good acidity in the wine. Bottling is generally carried out during the January to March following harvest, after which the wine spends 12 to 15 months on its lees before disgorgement and dosage of 0.6cl per litre.

Champagne Guy de Forez is based in the pretty village of Les Riceys, in the southern part of the Côte des Bar. The village boasts the largest vineyard area in Champagne (866 ha), and today, its wines are in high demand from the Grandes Marques houses for their outstanding quality Pinot Noir grapes.

This non-alcoholic sparkling has notes of red berries, white strawberry, violet, blackcurrant and hints of fresh herbs. It`s dry, fresh and mineral.

Very pale straw yellow sparkling with fine, persistent bubbles. This delicious English sparkling wine is pretty much equal quantities of Chardonnay , Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 15% Reserve Wine from previous vintages going right back to 2010.

It was disgorged in late 2021 after four years on the lees. It still has plenty of room for development and will continue to improve for five or more years.
