A brilliant ruby red colour, the aromas hinting at currants and cassis with notes of herbs and bitter cherry whilst the palate is elegantly structured, with characters of red currant, and ripe cherries. A long, sophisticated finish. This wine is drinking beautifully now, but will evolve nicely over the next 2-5 years.

On the west side of Sicily close to Marsala, Caruso Minini have their 4th generation vineyards and winery. 

Delicious, ripe, Georgian red, packed full of red cherry and mulberry aromas and flavours, with hints of vanilla. Soft and supple rounded tannins with a long, juicy finish.

Georgia is considered to be the ‘cradle of wine', as 8,000 year-old indigenous Rkatsiteli grape seeds have been found in clay vessels.

An aromatic nose of ripe stone fruit (apricot and yellow peach) with floral hints of honeysuckle and orange blossom. Rich and velvety n the palate, with flavours of tropical pineapple and mango. Texture and creamy with a crisp, refreshing finish.

An aromatic dry white wine from Ukraine. The grape variety Sukholimansky is a local grape to Ukraine, it`s a cross of Chardonnay and Plavay (a Moldovan grape). This wine is fruit-driven, aromatic and fresh. The notes of mango, pear and tropical fruit.

A fresh blend of Sauvignon Blanc and indigenous Obeidi. It is aged on its lees for 8 months in foudres and 500l oak barrels giving the wine some weight and texture. The vineyards are situated on the foothills of Mount Lebanon, around Faqra, at around 1400m altitude. Crisp and clean with a citrus character and an oriental twist, thanks to the local Obeidi.

A stunning, elegant red from the volcanic Canary Island of Tenerife. Made from a field blend of red and white indigenous grape varieties, some from very ancient vines up to 150 years old. If you love Nebbiolo from the Coste della Sessia or Valetellina, this is the wine for you.

Dornier is a family owned winery that is situated in the Golden Triangle area of the famous Upper Blaauwklippen Valley in Stellenbosch - their prestigious neighbours are
De Trafford, Keermont and Waterford, so they are in fine company. The property was home to one of the first wineries in Stellenbosch, having been completed in the late 1600s, as well as an historic Sir Herbert Baker home. 

The winemaking philosophy at Dornier is to produce premium quality wines, with minimal intervention in the winery, that are expressive of the unique terroir of the Golden Triangle and showcase the complexity and finesse of the noble grape varietals planted on the farm..
