This complex and interesting Chenin is fermented and matured in clay eggs, producing distinctive notes of yellow apple alongside green melon and lime on the nose. This wine is beautifully structured on the palate, bursting with fresh yellow and white fruit flavours and a subtle yet distinctive finish.

Yuzu fruit soaked in Ginjo-grade sake give a wonderfully vibrant citrus flavours with a hint of mint.

It pours an intense ruby red with hues of garnet, with an intense aromatic range: blackcurrant, tobacco, coffee and graphite. This wine has a lingering taste and is warm, powerful, spiced, with balanced and velvet-smooth tannins.

Made from the best selection of grapes grown exclusively in a vineyard on the hills of Colcimino. The oldest vineyard in Bevagna (Pg) situated in Colcimino at 350 m heigt, exposure West on sandy clay-calcareous. Plant density: 4000 per hectare.

Corpinnat is a Spanish wine designation for traditional method sparkling wines aged for a minimum of 18 months and made from manually harvested, organic or biodynamically farmed grapes in the Penedès. This is a very sophisticated, dry rosé that has fresh notes of strawberries and raspberries and a long elegant finish.

This property has historical importance, being farmed by a pioneering family of the wine industry in the Uco Valley. The Italian José Zingaretti immigrated to Argentina at the beginning of the 20 th century, bringing along his knowledge of vine growing and winemaking from his homeland. He was one of the first settlers of Tupungato, which at the time was a remote and nearly inaccessible area. This wine comes from vines of more than 80 years old. Aged for 18 months in a combination of new, second and third use French oak barrels. 50% of the wine underwent full malolactic and 50% partial. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Only 400 cases made. Drinking beautifully now or hold for up to 6 years.

After visiting Argentina in 1989, Californian trail-blazer Paul Hobbs became deeply interested in both the terroir and Argentine culture, noticing the unique potential for Malbec and other varietals in the region. After meeting two kindred spirits, Andrea Marchiori and Luis Barraud, they founded Viña Cobos in 1997 and since then there has been no looking back. Utilising gnarly old vines, careful vineyard selection, very low yields and an unerring empathy for the raw materials, Viña Cobos craft intense yet balanced wines that showcase the elegance and beauty of this region. The wines from Cobos have branched into four different brands – Felino, Bramare appellation, Bramare Single Vineyard and the super premium Cobos. This wine has an attractive shiny light ruby colour. It is both refined and very bright on the nose and palate. It opens to aromas of red fruits and berries. Its silky tannins support the balance of a wine, such that it can be kept for some time (5 to 7 years) while remaining pleasant in its youth.

The grapes are harvested at night, and then undergo 21 days of alcoholic fermentation. The wine spends 100 days on primary lees, and all racking is done under CO2 for 2-3 weeks.

A lively bright colour in the glass with tropical aromas of passion fruit and lychee. The palate is vibrant with refreshing acidity – moreish would be an understatement.

Grapes for this wine were sourced in two parcels – the first from Stellenbosch, which was fermented in stainless steel tanks, the second, from the Swartland, was fermented in older French oak barrels. These components were then blended together to create a deliciously fresh, fruit forward chenin.

Fresh and zesty nose with notes of citrus, peach, and a hint of honeysuckle. The palate is lightly honeyed and textural with ripe lemon characters balanced by crisp acidity, and with a touch of white spice and a fresh, mineral finish.

Delicious, dry amber wine made in traditional Georgian Qvervri. An aromatic nose of citrus blossom, dried apricots and almonds. On the palate there are hints of burnt orange rind and dried peach, structured with soft tannins and a long finish.
