Reg Holder started his career with vintages in France, Australia and the USA before
returning to South Africa. He then spent 11 years as the winemaker at both Neil Ellis and
Delheim. In 2015, while his wife was pregnant with their first child, he started experimenting with de-alcoholised wine for her. When they were expecting their second, in 2017, Reg decided that he was going to move full time into the Lautus de-alcoholised project.
He uses a state of the art piece of machinery that combines centrifugal force and a
vacuum in order to extract the alcohol while leaving the wines' volatile flavour and aromatic essence intact. Unquestionably the best de-alcoholised wine we have tried!

Pale lemon-yellow with hints of green, it has intense aromas of pineapple, green grass, white flowers and a flinty touch. It is dry and refreshing on the palate with a long citrussy finish and concentrated flavours.

Superb. Organically farmed, vegetarian white from Lisbon. A field blend of old vines mainly Fernao Pires white. Golden yellow colour. On the nose shows notes of apricots and honey, vegetable and sweet spice. Medium bodied with great texture. Fruity and spicy on the palate, with a long finish.

Straw yellow colour with a green hue. Very aromatic nose with lots of ripe peach, mango, tropical fruit, pear and citrus notes. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and spends 3 months on the lees which gives it hints of brioche and a slight creamy texture.

A rich and aromatic Sauvignon with wonderful complexity on the nose and palate. Ageing and maturation on the lees for 6 months, partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in large wooden barrels give this special Alto Adige Sauvignon Blanc a weight and structure that sets it apart from others.

Three generations of Chablis winemakers stand before Vincent and Sophie Wengier, who today produce wines under Vincent's name. In the southwest of the appellation, in the village of Préhy, the Wengier couple decided to put their own name to their wines in 2018 when they bottled their first Chablis. An area previously overlooked for expressive Chablis, the Wengier wines have entered the world to much acclaim. Their careful attention to detail in the vineyards, which will be certified organic from 2023, along with long slow fermentations have resulted in a line-up of wines that is completely captivating.

The notes of quince and white flower with ripe yellow fruit and green spice on the nose. On the palate it starts with spiced ginger biscuit. The wine shows a bright acidity and fleshy fruit.

Food Match: Tapas, appetizers and starters, soft cheeses, and nuts. Its particular flavour is a good pairing to fish and seafood, smoked salads, rice and vegetables.

The grapes are immediately separated from the stalk. After light pressing, the must is racked and clarified to proceed with fermentation for 15/20 days at a
controlled temperature between 10 and 16°C. This will allow us to maintain the fruity character of the wine. Subsequently, the alcohol has been extracted using an innovative procedure that preserves the organoleptic properties of the wine.

Hunter Semillon at its very best!

This wine possesses intensely flavoured, pristine fruit with a clean and zippy palate and fresh fruit flavours of sherbet, lemon, passion fruit and pineapple. Fresh cut grass notes too.
