jasmine and hawthorn aromas, pear and citrus fruit and very subtle wood spices.

A classic Riesling of the Mittelhaardt with the typical fruit expression, which arises only on Buntsandstein: citrus, stone fruits and a wild herbal flavours. Taut and fresh acidity. Perfectly representative of the terroir and the origin of the grapes.

VDP.Ortsweine must be vinified from grapes, which come from one place. So the grapes for our Deidesheimer Riesling come exclusievely from Von Bhul single sites (VDP.Erste Lage and VDP. Grosse Lage) in Deidesheim.

Notes of green apple, lemon and fresh pineapple. Nuances of honey and orange
blossoms develop on the palate which is carried through mid-palate with a delightful, fresh, flinty and lingering finish. If you like Chablis, you'll love this!

Eikendal Vineyards sit between the foothills of the Helderberg and the edge of Stellenbosch Mountains.

Pale yellow wine. It is floral on the nose and shows citrus notes. It is very fresh in the mouth, with fruity character, tasty and with a balanced acidity.

Food Match: Tapas, appetizers and starters, soft cheeses, and nuts. Its particular flavour is a good pairing to fish and seafood, smoked salads, rice and vegetables.

The grapes are immediately separated from the stalk. After light pressing, the must is racked and clarified to proceed with fermentation for 15/20 days at a
controlled temperature between 10 and 16°C. This will allow us to maintain the fruity character of the wine. Subsequently, the alcohol has been extracted using an innovative procedure that preserves the organoleptic properties of the wine.

A rich and aromatic Sauvignon with wonderful complexity on the nose and palate. Ageing and maturation on the lees for 6 months, partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in large wooden barrels give this special Alto Adige Sauvignon Blanc a weight and structure that sets it apart from others.

Fermentation was in oak barrels using the wild yeasts from the juice. The wine is creamy and textured; full of ripe stone fruit flavours and notes of acacia, nougat and citrus. Mineral finish.

Three generations of Chablis winemakers stand before Vincent and Sophie Wengier, who today produce wines under Vincent's name. In the southwest of the appellation, in the village of Préhy, the Wengier couple decided to put their own name to their wines in 2018 when they bottled their first Chablis. An area previously overlooked for expressive Chablis, the Wengier wines have entered the world to much acclaim. Their careful attention to detail in the vineyards, which will be certified organic from 2023, along with long slow fermentations have resulted in a line-up of wines that is completely captivating.

Citrus and pear-drop notes are complemented by a delicious nuttiness, with elegant citrus on the finish. The Bateleur improves in dimension and complexity with age and under the correct storage conditions it can mature in the bottle for many years.

The Bateleur (Terathopius ecaudatus) is one of Africa’s most majestic birds of prey. This wine was named after an eagle that is rare in both its beauty and occurrence as a tribute to the power and grace of a creature synonymous with our great continent.

An unassuming label for sure - but this wine is a crowd pleaser! Wonderful ripe lime, and citrus blossom aromas and flavours. Perfect with rich, creamy fish and pork dishes.

Located between the Rhine River and the Black Forest, Burkheim produces lush and mineralic wines that are ideal companions to a wide range of modern cuisine. Bercher
produces Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir), Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris). All the wines go through extended lees-aging and have a wonderful aging potential.

Fruity, nettly and mineral in equal measure, with a delicate balance of white fruits, summer elderflower and green apple, finished off with a dry but playful tang of minerality. Produced and blended from three top parcels of Aligoté in Bouzeron; Les Clous, Les Corderes and Les Corcelles.

Stunning dry Riesling that really talks of its terroir. Floral on the nose. It is ripe, full of yellow plum fruit flavours. The Riesling that makes this "Melaphyr" wine are grown on the steep, south facing slopes of Schneider's estate that are rich in volcanic rock. The soil warms up quickly, providing perfect growing conditions.
