Maturation takes place in tank on the lees until bottling in February of the following year to impart further complexity and flavours.

A rich and aromatic Sauvignon with wonderful complexity on the nose and palate. Ageing and maturation on the lees for 6 months, partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in large wooden barrels give this special Alto Adige Sauvignon Blanc a weight and structure that sets it apart from others.

Dornier is a family owned winery that is situated in the Golden Triangle area of the famous Upper Blaauwklippen Valley in Stellenbosch - their prestigious neighbours are
De Trafford, Keermont and Waterford, so they are in fine company. The property was home to one of the first wineries in Stellenbosch, having been completed in the late 1600s, as well as an historic Sir Herbert Baker home. 

The winemaking philosophy at Dornier is to produce premium quality wines, with minimal intervention in the winery, that are expressive of the unique terroir of the Golden Triangle and showcase the complexity and finesse of the noble grape varietals planted on the farm..

Appealing aromas of citrus and white flower with a touch of white spice. The palate has orchard and stone fruit characters and a gently rounded, slightly nutty texture. Refreshing acidity balances underlying minerality.

The perfect match with Turkish chicken shish, taboulet and warm crushed potatoes with spring onions.

Located between the Rhine River and the Black Forest, Burkheim produces lush and mineralic wines that are ideal companions to a wide range of modern cuisine. Bercher
produces Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir), Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris). All the wines go through extended lees-aging and have a wonderful aging potential.

A fresh blend of Sauvignon Blanc and indigenous Obeidi. It is aged on its lees for 8 months in foudres and 500l oak barrels giving the wine some weight and texture. The vineyards are situated on the foothills of Mount Lebanon, around Faqra, at around 1400m altitude. Crisp and clean with a citrus character and an oriental twist, thanks to the local Obeidi.

A leading influence in the Maule Valley’s renaissance as a fine wine producer, Las Veletas is a traditional Chilean estate making expressive, award-winning wines from very old
vines. Situated in the dry San Javier sub region on ancient granite and clay soils, and with exceptional 80-100 year old Pais, Carignan and Cabernet Franc vines, Las Veletas's
quality has been led by the highly-decorated winemaker, Rafael Tirado, backing up owner Raul Del'Oro's vision. 

Creamy aromas mixed with characteristic toasty yeast overtones are complemented by ripe mature fruit and classic baked biscuit flavours with a classy long finish.

Food match: This slightly richer style is delicious with scallops, grilled turbot or serve as an aperitif with olives and charcuterie.

Cool alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in temperaturecontrolled vats and once in bottles, ageing lasts for 30-36 months. The brut dosage is 9 gr/l with the «liqueur d’expédition» coming from finished bottles of Champagne.

The long maceration brings balance to the natural intensity of Loureiro grape, amplifying it's salty profile.

A native Friulian grape variety, among the most prized since the 14th century, particularly in the Rosazzo area. Ribolla has always been Perusini's flagship wine. With a subtle and elegant aroma, low alcohol content, lively freshness, and versatility, it's perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes.

A great way to discover Sauternes-like sweet wines. Wonderful aromas of melon, peach and honey. The palate is well balanced, very generous with a lot of exotic fruits and apricot. The finish is as long as with a good Sauternes. Awesome value sweet white!

Giuaani Winery is located in the historic village of Manavi, the heartland of Georgian wine producing region, Kakheti. The Manavi village, cradled by the southern slopes of the minor Caucasus, is a home to one of the 29 PDOs (Protected Denomination of Origin) of Georgia. Its unique soil composition and microclimate provides perfect conditions for vine cultivation, especially for Kakhuri Mtsvane grape variety, and for the production of Manavi PDO white dry wines.

An unassuming label for sure - but this wine is a crowd pleaser! Wonderful ripe lime, and citrus blossom aromas and flavours. Perfect with rich, creamy fish and pork dishes.

The Szent Tamás winery was founded by two Hungarian businessmen and the son of Hungary's most famous and influential producers- Istevan Szepsy. They firmly believe the village of MÁD in the remote Tokaj region of Hungary is one of the great wine producing areas of the world. Working with vineyards that were shaped by several volcanic eruptions millions of years ago, their goal is to ensure that the once world renowned Tokaj Crus of MÁD would capture wine world`s attention again. Currently are working with 15 hectares of old vines in 9 different Crus, the MÁD Dry Furmint was created to be a benchmark representation of the village of MÁD through the collaborative work of the Szent Tamás winery and an ever growing number of small landowners.

Light easy-drinking white from South Africa. Unoaked clean Chenin with notes of yellow apple and apricot going into the mineral finish. It`s crisp on the palate and the acidity is balanced with the fruity notes.

We love this hidden gem of a wine. Erbaluce is a grape you've probably never heard of, we're baffled as to why it's not more famous! Fresh, saline and lemon zesty on the nose, the palate is clean, but slightly textured with a hint of wax. The finish is long, minerally and has note of lemon sherbit, in a really grown up kind of way.

Fermentation is in stainless steel with further ageing in the same vessels for 12 months before bottling. 6 months bottle ageing before release.
