Domaine Besson makes a Chablis style that is a little more accessible than some other domains. These wines therefore can be enjoyed from an early age, unlike some Chablis where to get the best from the wine it is necessary to cellar the wine to allow it to develop. 

Fresh and slightly spicy with fleshy, white peach characters and a lovely perfume of jasmine from the Muscat. On the palate this wine is bursting with peach and apricot flavours.  Wonderfully balanced with an impressive backbone of elegant minerality.

Earthsong from Dillon's Point Single Vineyard has concentrated aromas and flavours of citrus fruit, passion-fruit and greengages, with a hint of dried herbs and a savoury hint.  The low crop levels are demonstrated filling out the palate and giving good concentration as well as structure.  It has a crisp, dry finish and a lingering after-taste on the palate.

Kaalvoet Meisie (‘barefoot girl’)  is a richer style of Sauvignon Blanc because it ferments and ages in both new and old oak for 12 months. Elegant aromas of exotic fruit like dragon fruit, passion fruit and pineapple as well as ripe yellow peach and apricot. The concentrated fruit profile is complimented by aromas and flavours of wild herbs. Vibrant acidity and a lingering, minerally finish gives this beauty of a wine at least 7 years of ageing potential.

You’ve probably heard of the quaint beach town of Hermanus, situated on South Africa’s famous Whale Coast. Between 1855 and 1902, it was called Hermanuspietersfontein. In 1902, the local postmaster decided to shorten the name of the town to make addressing letters to the locals easier.

150 years later, the wine farm Hermanuspietersfontein, or HPF for short, craft outstanding wines with a serious sense of place. Their grapes come from Sondagskloof (they produce 90% of WO Sondagskloof wine), which competes with Elgin and the Ceres Plateau for South Africa’s coolest wine growing region. This area is perfectly suited to Bordeaux varietals and, with the exception of Shiraz, is exclusively planted with them.

The Afrikaans wine names might look like a bit of a mouthful, but they are good fun; Bloos (‘blush’), Kaalvoet Meisie (‘barefoot girl’), Kat Met Die Houtbeen (‘cat with the wooden leg’), Posmeester (‘postmaster’), Kleinboet (‘little brother’) and Swartskaap (‘black sheep’).

A fantastic wine for all occasions. Aromatic and fresh with orange blossom and zest on the nose. Ripe red apples, peaches and a hint of orange peel on the palate.
This Chenin Blanc is pale straw in colour with sumptuous aromas of peach and melon. These characteristics are echoed on the palate, where they are perfectly balanced with a zingy lime freshness and crisp, refreshing finish.

Gardner Street Classic has the classic floral, elderflower note we have come to know of contemporary Bacchus married with a touch of stone fruit from the Chardonnay. On the palate there's an abundance of red apple fruit, a touch of wild fennel with the barrel fermented Chardonnay giving mid palate weight and structure to a wine that ultimately finishes with a brisk, present acidity.

Gardner Street is the historic name of Henners’ home village of Herstmonceux. The old name captures the hand-harvested, artisanal craft of tending vines and wines down English country lanes. A modern marriage of fresh, floral Bacchus with a little barrel-fermented Chardonnay.

Straw like colour with greenish hues. Attractive aromas of nectarine, hints of lemon zest and white flower notes. The pallet has great texture and depth and finishes with beautifully balanced acidity, long and flavoursome mid pallet with rich texture reflect conditions of the vintage.

This is a Chardonnay of great purity, reflecting site and the season in which it was grown. Meticulous attention and care in the vineyard is most critical in allowing that expression. Elgin is one of the Cape’s coolest wine growing areas with favourable climatic, soil and topographic conditions.

Brilliant straw colour with greenish shades. On the nose the wine shows expressive notes of exotic fruit and notes of melon, lemon, green pepper and jasmine with orange. The mouth is delightfully rich with flavours of peach and green apple and a lemony fresh finish that lingers and evolves.

Hacienda el Ternero is a village which dates back to 1077 when it belonged to the Santa Maria de Herrerea Monastery. Notably, it is the only vineyard of DOC Rioja that lies within the region of Castilla y León. In 2009, the village was bought by the current owner. The 60 hectares of vineyards are in the Rioja Alta and sit at an altitude of 650m

Very pale straw with a slight green hue. On the nose, ginger, green apple and crisp highlights of lime. Citrus focussed palate with quenching acidity and varietal elegance.

Zephyr Wines is a family winery based in Dillon’s Point, Marlborough and was started by the Glover family in 1985 after being inspired by other mavericks in the region to convert their farm to vine. They've never looked back and Owen and Wendy Glover, along with son Ben, one of New Zealand’s most acclaimed and talented winemakers, now produce award-winning wines from what has become one of the most established single vineyards in the region.  The critics are proving what we’ve known for a long time: that the Glover’s are styling something special out of Marlborough vines that no-one else has.

A classic varietal nose of jasmine, white peach and fruit blossom, with a whiff of white pepper. The palate is generous, and richly flavoured balanced by bright, zimgy acidity and with a gingery, textural finish.

Entre-deux-Mers is a large wine sub-region of Bordeaux in southwestern France. Its name translates literally as "between two seas", although the seas in question are in fact rivers – the Garonne and Dordogne, which respectively form the area's southern and northern boundaries.
