A lovely blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Pinot Noir and Pinotage, with 16% white grape varieties blended in too. Very juicy, very drinkable! Serve chilled - lots of strawberry juice, cherry and earthy notes too, blackcurrant leaf and pomegranate.

Grapes are grown in Casa Berger vineyards beneath the slopes of Montserrat in Alt Penedes. Harvested at night, mixed and chilled in dry ice, then spent 2h macerating before being fermented for 25 days. Aged for 10-12 months before release.
Garnacha imparts delicious red berry flavours, Monastrell is responsible for the beautiful colour - floral on the nose, with red apple and pear notes leading to a crisp and lively wine with signature toasty cava finish.

Deep ruby garnet. Bright cherry and dark berry on the nose with notes of white pepper, dried herbs, cloves and leather. Red berry and cherry follow on the palate with subtle vanilla oak. The finish is elegant and perfumed. Medium to full bodied with soft, supple tannins.

Stunning Palo Cortado style sherry from Gonzalez Byass. Made from Amontillado sherry, ageing for 12 years before bottling to create a delicately sweet and nutty wine. Drink chilled as an aperitif or with food.

Delicious sweet nectar! With spice, apricot and plum on the nose this wine is filled out by the vanilla and honey on the tongue. The high acidity of this wine keeps it fresh and bright despite the sweetness.

Food Match: Goes beautifully with apple and blackberry crumble with creamy vanilla ice cream.

The 2019 vintage is dark, brooding and spicy and blood red in colour. The aromas are blueberry, cranberry and blackcurrant with black olives and a touch of cloves, these follow through to the palate with added cherries, plum and spice. There is also a note of black pepper and it finishes with a good level of acidity and fine integrated tannins. It is a well-balanced wine, mature and ready for drinking upon its release at 7 years of age and has excellent ageing potential.

Wonderful, fresh, but textured white made from Biodynamically grown grapes and with minimal intervention in the winery. Citrus, white flowers and stone fruits on the nose, creamy and rounded on the palate from the time spent on it's lees. Lively, zesty finish.

Concentrated, dark purple in colour and gorgeously full bodied and unctuous wine. A classic Cabernet nose with cassis, tobacco, mint and eucalyptus. 24 month in French oak has made this wine beautifully rich, structured and elegant with hints of milk chocolate, cocoa powder, and cigar box on the palate with a long and supple tannin finish.

Dornier is a family owned winery that is situated in the Golden Triangle area of the famous Upper Blaauwklippen Valley in Stellenbosch - their prestigious neighbours are
De Trafford, Keermont and Waterford, so they are in fine company. The property was home to one of the first wineries in Stellenbosch, having been completed in the late 1600s, as well as an historic Sir Herbert Baker home. 

The winemaking philosophy at Dornier is to produce premium quality wines, with minimal intervention in the winery, that are expressive of the unique terroir of the Golden Triangle and showcase the complexity and finesse of the noble grape varietals planted on the farm..

Pale lemon colour with exceptionally fine mousse. It exudes freshness and pure fruit on the nose by showcasing vibrant notes of Granny Smith apple, white blossom, candied lemon rind and white peach. Creamy, biscuit notes give texture to the lively citrus and green apple. An elegant and refined MCC with a yeasty undercurrent on the palate.

A beautifully made medium bodied red from Greece from indigenous varietal Koiniariko. Aromas of sweet spice, black pepper and crushed strawberries. Black cherry and supple tannins on the palate with a long, soft finish.

Wonderfully fragrant with notes of pithy stone fruits, bight jasmine and honeysuckle. The palate follows through with a richness of fruit including ripe peach and apricot. The finish is given finesse by the refreshing acidity.
