Dornier is a family owned winery that is situated in the Golden Triangle area of the
famous Upper Blaauwklippen Valley in Stellenbosch - their prestigious neighbours are
De Trafford, Keermont and Waterford, so they are in fine company.
The property was home to one of the first wineries in Stellenbosch, having been
completed in the late 1600s, as well as an historic Sir Herbert Baker home.
The winemaking philosophy at Dornier is to produce premium quality wines, with minimal
intervention in the winery, that are expressive of the unique terroir of the Golden Triangle
and showcase the complexity and finesse of the noble grape varietals planted on the farm..

Fresh,clean and delicately sweet with elegant fruit and floral notes, hints of honey, almond and a touch of spice. Great served as a long drink with tonic and a slice of orange.

This always shows prominent tangerine notes on the nose, and this vintage also shows intense pineapple, lime and hints of spice. Refreshingly unoaked, citrus and white peach flavours combine with a zesty fresh acidity and a clean, bright finish.

Giuaani Winery is located in the historic village of Manavi, the heartland of Georgian wine producing region, Kakheti. This is a big and powerful red wine, dark red in colour. The nose has plenty of dark fruit aromas, plums, black cherries, chocolate, dried fruit and slight herbaceous notes. The palate is full, dense and rich with intense and sweet, ripe fruit. There are more plum and spice flavours on the palate. The finish is has a touch of residual sugar, giving some natural sweetness, and is full, rich and lingering.
