Reg Holder started his career with vintages in France, Australia and the USA before
returning to South Africa. He then spent 11 years as the winemaker at both Neil Ellis and
Delheim. In 2015, while his wife was pregnant with their first child, he started experimenting with de-alcoholised wine for her. When they were expecting their second, in 2017, Reg decided that he was going to move full time into the Lautus de-alcoholised project.
He uses a state of the art piece of machinery that combines centrifugal force and a
vacuum in order to extract the alcohol while leaving the wines' volatile flavour and aromatic essence intact. Unquestionably the best de-alcoholised wine we have tried!

From the region of Ay, Deutz’s Brut Rosé Sakura Champagne is a deep pink in colour, notes of cherries, strawberries, pomegranate and a hint of citrus.

Grapes are grown in Casa Berger vineyards beneath the slopes of Montserrat in Alt Penedes. Harvested at night, mixed and chilled in dry ice, then spent 2h macerating before being fermented for 25 days. Aged for 10-12 months before release.
Garnacha imparts delicious red berry flavours, Monastrell is responsible for the beautiful colour - floral on the nose, with red apple and pear notes leading to a crisp and lively wine with signature toasty cava finish.

Roberto Gatti spent 20 years as cellarmaster and viticulturalist at Bellavista, one of the early pioneers of the Franciacorta region, before creating Ferghettina in 1990. A new winery and cellars, started in 2002, were completed in 2005 and sit in a magnificent location overlooking the beautiful Lake Iseo. Roberto is assisted by his daughter Laura, also an oenologist, shortly to be joined by his son Matteo. The Gatti's control production of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, using only half of the grapes available for their production of 300,000 bottles. Meticulous attention to detail, skillful blending and long bottle maturation give wines of great finesse and individuality. The 'Italy's answer to Champagne' tag is unavoidable but these wines are much more than that.

Clean and elegant, with notes of green apple, pear and white peach, citrus and floral hints.
Well-balanced, savoury and vibrant, with a crisp acidity and a saline finish.

The Allendorf family has lived and worked in the Rheingau for 700 years. Based in Oestrich Winkel in the heart of the Rheingau, the estate has grown dramatically over the last 60 years from 1.5 ha to 70 ha, making it one of the biggest family-owned wineries in the Rheingau.

Made solely from Chardonnay, this is a serious and elegant Crémant du Jura. On the nose it is creamy; on the palate well balanced with good depth and classic Champagne-esque toasted brioche flavours and creamy notes evident again, giving this complex wine an appealing softness.

Domaine de Désiré Petit’s Crémant is made using the ‘methode traditionelle’, from Chardonnay purposely grown on poor soils to maintain good acidity in the wine. Bottling is generally carried out during the January to March following harvest, after which the wine spends 12 to 15 months on its lees before disgorgement and dosage of 0.6cl per litre.

Traditional Champenoise method and organic, with a distictly Catalan character . Abundant bubbles of medium size forming crown. Pale yellow colour with green reflections. On the nose fresh and clean with good aromatic intensity, mainly primary aromas of fruit and floral. Delicious!

Champagne Guy de Forez is based in the pretty village of Les Riceys, in the southern part of the Côte des Bar. Bright golden colour, wide aromatic complexity ranging from granny smith apple to lemon and honey with a hint of brioche. Dense and elegant with a persistent mousse.
