Under stars, by a campfire, a gin was born. Campfire London Dry Gin pitches camp on the boundary between classic and contemporary styles. Ten botanicals including rooibos, sweet, fresh orange, hazelnut* and piney juniper are distilled with the finest UK wheat spirit. A citrus nose and juniper palate yield to a rich fruity middle and a sweet nutty finish.

Campfire Cask Aged, has dominant gin notes of juniper, citrus and coriander seed which are infused with a hint of caramel, fruity bourbon and vanilla. This is achieved through ageing in specially selected American oak ex-bourbon barrels. The wood also imparts a golden hue to this small batch gin. This is an oak aged gin but it’s not oaky or woody.

A departure from our core botanicals was required to create Campfire Old Tom Gin – a gin that emulates the spicier, sweeter profile of Old Tom gins. Burgundy is renowned for a jigsaw of small plots, fitting side by across the rolling cotes and cru with many different owners - the result of equal inheritance. While some heirs want to make wine, others prefer to live their lives elsewhere, meaning their plots go unloved. Enter Patrice du Jeu, a Parisian restaurateur with the dynamism and energy to revive such plots. Together with family and friends, he managed to buy several parcels in excellent terroirs of the Côte de Beaune including Santenay, Chassagne Montrachet and Mercurey. Joining with white Burgundy expert Jean-Baptise Alinc the wines of these heirs - Les Héritiers - are both technically competent and beautifully crafted.

Co-founded in 1990 by wine writer Hugh Johnson, Royal Tokaji has quickly become one of the most important wineries in Tokaj, producing sweet and dry wines. This crisp, dry white is made from 100% Harslevelu grapes and is part of the limited edition "By Appointment" portfolio. It's intensely dry with a citrus acidity, minerality and lovely length.

An excellent example of Xinomavro with its complex bouquet of small berried red fruits, red cherry, leather, pepper, clove and sweet vanilla spice showing great typicity. Ruby red in colour. Structured and beautifully balanced with rounded tannins and well-integrated oak, with a touch of fennel on the finish.

A well-rounded aromatic gin with forward citrus notes - thanks to grapefruit, bergamot and lemongrass - and plenty of spice, ensuring that it is fit for a king!

For the perfect serve, we recommend pairing it with a Fever-tree Mediterranean Tonic, plenty of ice and garnishing with pink grapefruit peel.

Dark ruby colour with flecks of bright purple in the rim. Ripe, dark fruit character with, delicate herbal savouriness and hints of sweet cherry. On the palate, juicy, elegant, with fresh black cherry and fine tannic structure. A lingering red berry freshness which gives this wine a definite ageing potential.

St Laurent is a beautiful little-known grape variety. Very similar to low yield Pinot Noir but more tannic and full bodied.

ORGANIC

Now in its fourth generation of winemakers, the 40 hectare estate is run by Johann Reinisch's three sons: Hannes, Michael and Christian. With a 2,000 year legacy of wine growing in the region, the Reinischs maintain traditions with vineyards planted with 65 % red and 35 % white vines. The winery is best known for their excellent Pinot Noir and St. Laurent grown in vineyards from both the stony, alluvial gravel soils of Tattendorf (rich in both chalk and lime) near the winery and the elevated, nutrient rich soils of Gumpoldskirchen.

Ruby red. Aromas of black currant and dried olive, with a smoky overtone. Spice, dark fruit, good depth. Finishes pure and fresh, with a strong peppery persistence.

Sijnn is prounounced 'sen', or 'seine'

David and Rita Trafford discovered the Sijnn land in Malgas in 2000. The soil and landscape reminded them of Portugal and they were immediately intrigued. A purchase agreement and 200 soil profiles later, 10 hectares were planted and the name Sijnn Wines was appropriated fittingly so as the word Sijnn; is derived from the Khoisan word meaning riverbank. Sijnn is on a plateau of slate and pebbles, about 15km from the southern oceans of Africa. A new winery was built at Malgas in time for the 2015 harvest. Most vineyards are on alluvial deposits on the Bokkeveld shale base – balancing intensity, structure and aromatic complexity and finesse. These very poor, complex soils encourage a deep root system, and low growth/ low yield giving intense, complex wines of character. “Low Profile” refers to 200+ profile holes dug to
determine the best sites to plant vines, and is a blend of earlier drinking vats.

A deliciously rich, fruity red that's the perfect match to go with classic antipasti or tomato based pasta dishes.

Aromas of red cherry and hints of raspberry with subtle notes of exotic spice gained from the oak barrel ageing that the wine received. A soft and luxurious mouthfeel with flavours of cherry and autumn red berry fruits.

Food match: The Barbera grape is characterised by its juicy freshness which makes very versatile and perfect to with just about any food.

The history of the Vietti winery traces its roots back to the 19th Century. Only at the beginning of the 20th century, however, did the Vietti name become a winery offering its own wines in bottle. Patriarch Mario Vietti, starting from 1919 made the first Vietti wines, selling most of the production in Italy. His most significant achievement was to transform the family farm, engaged in many fields, into a grape-growing and wine-producing business.

Then, in 1952, Alfredo Currado (Vietti) continued to produce high quality wines from their own vineyards and purchased grapes. The Vietti winery grew to one of the top-level producers in Piemonte and was one of the first wineries to export its products to the USA market. 

Rich and complex white from Spanish Albillo grapes. Aromas of sweet melon, green apple and nectarine with a stoney, mineral finish.

The nose shows notes of vanilla, toast and some exotic pineapple and lemon nuances. The palate is broad, textured and leesy with hints of honeycomb and some yellow citrus. The acidity is piercing due to no malolactic fermentation in this vintage and gives great focus and backbone to a wine as textured as this.

A vibrant, light and fresh low intervention white from local varietal Vital.

COZs is a partnership between two Portuguese wine grape growers, Tiago Teles (Gilda, RAIZ) and António Marques-da-Cruz (Quinta da Serradinha), that started in 2015, in a 60-year-old vineyard of the Baga variety. In 2017, acquired the historic Vinha da Pena in Serra de Montejunto – a limestone formation from the Jurassic period, located 15 km from the Atlantic Ocean, in the Lisbon region. Pioneers in the introduction of organic agriculture as well as new concepts of pruning and soil fertilization in the Serra de Montejunto, we initiated an important transformation of practices and mentalities in mountain viticulture.

One of two releases of Kortpad Kaaptoe in 2021! One of Pieter's most unusual cuvees, so-named for the Kortpad Kaaptoe, or cut through road close to the vineyard that Pieter took when having to rush back to Cape Town one day. With its bling ACDC style label, this wine is as stand out as its label. Ripe pineapple, tangerine, stem ginger and spice with a pithy, lightly grippy palate and slivers of bitter sweet orange peel, apricot and long stoney finish. Great acidity keeps it all in check. Great example of skin contact wine!

Winemakers don't come much more creatively brilliant than the genius that is Pieter Walser. He's the sort of man that's had more fantastic ideas before breakfast than we manage in a whole week and that talent shines through in his wines. Each comes with a story often as captivating as they are mystifying so we've asked him to record a few to give you an insight into the magic behind the vino!

Juicy red and black fruits with some drier cedar streaks on the palate. A classy, complex wine with fantastic structure and long-lingering finish.

Straw yellow in colour. Concentrated, persistent mousse. Generous on the nose, intense and well balanced with delicate white flower notes, such as wisteria and acacia blossom, with notes of green apple and pear. Very dry 'brut' in style with only 4g/l residual sugar, with crisp acidity on the palate, very dry yet richly-flavoured, with a long stoney finish.

Yellow - orange in colour, elegant and bright with a nose of sourdough bread. Dry, cool and  well-balanced with a complex, refined, umami aftertaste. Skin contact wine at it's very best.

The Cirò DOC is a picturesque corner of the Mediterranean, along the Ionian coast, in the eastern foothills of the Calabria region, a large peninsula that forms the toe to Italy’s boot. The Parrilla family, who own and run Tenuta del Conte, have been making wine here for four generations, the latest of which to take over the estate are Mariangela, Giuseppe, and Caterina.

In 2011 Mariangela Parrilla took over as winemaker. Mariangela takes a philosophical approach to winemaking, with the aim to let these traditional indigenous grape varieties speak for themselves and their terroir. Her wines are all organic, no herbicides or chemicals are used at any stage of the production process, she opts for spontaneous fermentations using indigenous yeasts, no filtration, and solely stainless-steel and bottle aging. Taking each wine vintage by vintage she lets them evolve and age “according to their own natural rhythm”, making each wine unique. This could be just one year in bottle before release or over 10 years. Not only does she capture the unique character of the grape variety but that of the vintage it's from too.


Together with a handful of other wineries in the area, Mariangela is part of “The Cirò Revolution”, a group formed to promote and protect their territory’s identity. They are dedicated to organic viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking, they make traditional wines, in homage to their ancestors, from native grape varieties.

Dark red in colour, with a fresh vibrant aroma of dark fruits which follows through on the palate along with a mineral character, a youthful wine with good extract and great balance, offering superb "drinkability". Ready to drink now, after a meal, on its own or with soft cheeses.
