This famous Northern Italian Piemontese white grape Timorasso has found a new home in the Ukrainian Black Sea region.

Concentrated, floral, fruity, with a warmth on the palate. Soft, elegant, yet intense. Very typical of Timorasso, mineral with notes of chamomile flower,  yellow plums, and toasted almond in the finish. Lovely!

Beykush Winery is a family winery located close to the Black Sea in Chernomorka village, Mykolaiv region. Beykush vineyards consist of 14 hectares of French, Italian, and Georgian clones. They also expertly work with the Ukrainian indigenous white grape variety Telti Kuruk, which is the most important and unique for the area. The winery is recognized for its accolades at the Decanter World Wine Awards.

A much warmer site than ‘Clos Les Bussieres’, ‘Les Caraby’ is a small 1 hectare ‘clos’ tagged on to the end of Mercurey’s most famous premier cru, ‘Clos du Roy’. Almost always the first vineyard picked, this is a fast ripening site with its own little valley of both north and south facing vines. This vintage has produced a really well balanced wine with ripe tropical fruits jumping out of the apple and citrus background. Really good texture and weight. No new oak was used in this vineyard. This tiny property of 1.3 hectares has seven parcels spread throughout the Pomerol appellation, positioned between Clos René, Château Trotanoy, Château Nénin, and next to Château Le Pin.
Château Feytit-Guillot truly benefits from these wonderful plots on the plateau. The vines have an average age of forty years and are always entirely hand-picked before undergoing traditional fermentation and aging in oak barrels for 14 months. The wine is pure and understated for a Pomerol, with a fresh nose and floral aromas on the palate. It is also one of the best value Pomerols on the market.

Pomerol is a much respected red wine appellation in the Bordeaux region of South­Western France. Both historically and physically, it stands apart from other Bordeaux appellations. It does not conform to the accepted image of a Bordeaux wine­ district as being a wealthy, Chateau-­laden area with an all ­important classification system. Pomerol is none of these things, yet has managed to earn itself a place among the world's most revered wine region.

Expressive and complex with aromas of cherry and blackberry which are complemented by sweet spice and vegetal notes. Opulent and rich with balancing freshness, refined tannins and a long finish.

The organically cultivated vineyard is located on the eastern slopes of Mount
Cholomon, facing Mount Athos and the Syggitikos Gulf. The vines are grown at an
elevation of 200 to 500 metres, just a short distance from the Aegean Sea. The vines are
strongly influenced by ocean breezes and cool, humid winds from the surrounding
mountains at night. This temperate climate allows for natural, bright acidity and
contributes to the seasonal hydration of the vines, allowing the precious natural
resources to be used more sparingly.

Rich red fruit aromas of cherry, raspberry and sweet spice. Full-bodied on the palate packed with delicious pure fruit flavours, enhanced by the well balanced oak and silky  tannins on the finish.

It is a fortified wine/ liqueur, made from either fresh, unfermented grape juice or a blend of lightly fermented grape must, to which a Cognac eau-de-vie is added and then matured.

Bodegas Rey Fernando de Castilla is located in the historic centre of Jerez. Its story began with the aristocratic Andrada-Vanderwilde family, who for two centuries provided grapes and wine for the production of sherry in the area. In 1972 Fernando Andrada-Vanderwilde took over some old sherry cellars and brandy soleras from a couple of local bodegas, and changed the name of the company from Fernando III to Fernando de Castilla.

Grapes are sourced from Fernando de Castilla's partners vineyards in the Jerez district. The soil type is Albariza. Picking takes place in early September. Oloroso typically comes from the second pressing of the grapes or the coarser wines. This wine does not spend any of its life under flor and is fortified in the February after harvest to 18% abv. This is then added to the first Criadera of the Oloroso Solera. The Antique Oloroso is bottled without blending, cold stabilization or filtration of any kind in order to preserve the subtlety, purity and distinctive aromas. On average this wine is 20 years old.

This golden coloured wine has a welcome reductive nose with hints of mineral, gunpowder and stone combined with delicate fruits, citrus and white flowers. Excellent acidity, minerals and herbal touches on the palate this is complex and intense with a lovely long finish.

The wine spent 3 weeks on the skins and was fermented in concrete with minimal interventention. This is a low sulphite wine that is good introduction to the orange wine styles with wonderful texture and tannins.

One of the hidden secrets of the wine world - Gruner Veltliner. A must try if you haven't before. This take on Gruner is exceptional - with some barrel fermentation - this wine has the most extraordinary length and minerality.

Dry, refreshing, with citrus and green apple aromas. The palate is wonderfully tight and pure with mineral acidity flowing around the apple and peach flavours. Delicious with roast pork and apple sauce.

Pelaverga is not a very widely grown grape variety, native to the Verduno commune in Piemonte. The soil in this area of the North West of Italy is rich in clay and gypsum crystals. ArnaldoRivera have hand harvest the rare Pelaverga grapes.
