Fantastic for a family celebration - 4 bottles of wine in one! Novello is made from Teroldogo grapes. The variety is grown exclusively on Trentino's Rotaliana Plain. Carbonic maceration of grape bunches for 6-7 days at 27° C followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20° C. This wine presents a rubin red colour with purple reflections. Youthful, red berry, cherry and floral aromas and flavours. A rival to Beaujolais Nuoveux?!
