Château Langoa Barton Saint–Julien 2009

An elegant perfumed nose of dark fruits, blackcurrant, cassis, spice, cinnamon and mocha. Quite tight and taut on the palate with a refreshing weight on the mid-palate and fine-grained tannins on the finish. Great special occasion food wine, opens up beautifully with decanting.
