Vasilikon Kathikas Xynisteri Cyprus 2024
Regular price £19.95Xynisteri is the iconic Cypriot white variety, having been grown on the island for over 3000 years, and remains widely planted today. Vasilikon’s Xynisteri is fresh and vibrant, with bright acidity and a lovely texture. It is aged on its lees for four months in stainless steel tanks and bottled in January following the harvest.
