Pét-Nat Afros Retsina NV

The vinification starts in stainless steel tank, and finishes in the bottle to retain the naturally produced bubbles. The resin extracts adds freshness to the wine, which is left unfiltered with the fine lees, resulting in a hazy, fizzy and lively style retsina.
Hazy yellow and green. Intense nose with notes of pine resin and summer fruits. On the palate, the pronounced acidity provides balance along the vivid and complex mouthfeel and notes of stone futs and summer flowers, unique very refreshing finish.
