Aged on it's lees for just under 24 months, this delicious sparkling has developed rich brioche notes but maintained a fresh taste with structure and finesse. The very low dosage (very dry) makes this Crémant ideal for celebrations or pairing with any course of a meal.

The Pfister domaine is located in the village of Dahlenheim in the northern tip of Alsace, just west of Strasbourg. The name “Breit” comes from the “lieu-dit” Hangenbreite, “the wide slope”. It is a steep, marl-limestone hillside, where the three grape varieties making up this wine grow.
