Maison de Vigneron Sec
Zingy and refreshing white from Cotes de Gascogne in France.
Plenty of ripe, green fruit aromas and flavours such as lime and crisp apples, with a zingy mouthfeel and a clean finish.
Region: Cotes de Gascogne
Grapes: 75% Colombard, 25% Ugni Blanc.
Colombard produces a light, refreshing, yet simple, white wine with medium body and high acidity. It is the grape used to produce Cognac, though there are many still versions of the wine that feature its easy, crisp array of citrus flavours.
