Kopke Colheita Tawny 1976 Port

So, what happened in 1976? Apple and Microsoft were in their infancy, Concorde took it's first flight and Stevie Wonder released his most successful album!

It's a privilege to get to taste wine that's still holding it's own 50 years later.  This Colheita tawny is still aromatic and full of flavour with notes of coffee and toffee, followed by a voluptuous body of medium sweet dried fruit, balanced by citrus which give the long, tangy, nutty finish.

Kopke was founded in 1638 making them the oldest Port house. They have built their enviable reputation on aged Tawnies and Colheitas as well as their excellent table wines.
