Intense, ripe plum, blackberry, cassis and damson with a hint of pepper. Wonderful balance between fruit and oak flavour. Silky smooth tannins, but still has great structure and a lasting finish. If you're going to drink this now, decanting is essential and pairing with a good cut of beef is mandatory!
