This delicious traditional method (méthode traditionnelle) with ageing sur lie in bottles no less than 1,5 years. Bisser – Blanc de Blancs – is a classic style brut sparkling made from Chardonnay grapes from Kolonist vineyards.

The estate winery "Kolonist" was founded by the Plachkov family in 2005 in Bessarabia,
Ukraine. Named in honour of Bulgarian colonists who came to these lands over 200 years ago.
