Le Colombier is the flagship red blend from Massaya made from Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Tempranillo sourced from around 40 year old hillside vineyards in the Bekaa Valley. The grapes are hand picked, fermented in stainless steel and then aged for a year in large vats. A bright, juicy red with hints of spice and pepper.

Dornier is a family owned winery that is situated in the Golden Triangle area of the
famous Upper Blaauwklippen Valley in Stellenbosch - their prestigious neighbours are
De Trafford, Keermont and Waterford, so they are in fine company.
The property was home to one of the first wineries in Stellenbosch, having been
completed in the late 1600s, as well as an historic Sir Herbert Baker home.
The winemaking philosophy at Dornier is to produce premium quality wines, with minimal
intervention in the winery, that are expressive of the unique terroir of the Golden Triangle
and showcase the complexity and finesse of the noble grape varietals planted on the farm..

Ruby red in colour with flecks of garnet. Aromas of sweet spice: cinnamon, black pepper and cloves, supported by a ripe red fruit, black cherry and plum fruit. Complex, concentrated, yet elegant tannins, with a fresh minerality.

Inky, dark purple in colour. The nose is pure and concentrated with aromas ripe dark fruit, violets and blackberry. Very well balanced palate with fresh acidity, ripe and supple tannin,  dark stone fruits, juicy yet concentrated with a very long finish. This wine will age well for 5-10 years if you can keep it that long!

This is a big and powerful red wine, dark red in colour. The nose has plenty of dark fruit aromas, plums, black cherries, chocolate, dried fruit and slight herbaceous notes. The palate is full, dense and rich with intense and sweet, ripe fruit. There are more plum and spice flavours on the palate. The finish is has a touch of residual sugar, giving some natural sweetness, and is full, rich and lingering.

The wine has a deep purple-red colour & intense aromas of blackberries & blueberries. Cerasuolo di Vittoria is lifted and floral pure aromas of sweet violets, black cherries and hints of wet stone. It impresses further with silky textures that envelop the palate in bright red and blue fruits, along with a refreshing wave of juicy acidity. Hints of spiced orange and inner florals linger long through the lightly structured finale. This is an equal-parts blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato that is aimed at immediate satisfaction, but in a nicely balanced style.

The terroir across the Côtes de Gascogne area is transitional, with the maritime effect of the Atlantic ocean giving way to a more continental climate in the east of Gers. In the east, summers are warmer and drier, and the clay limestone soils retain water more effectively. Nearer the coast, loose, sandy soils with good drainage and high rainfall characterize the vineyards.

Bold red with black cherry and ripe plum on the nose and palate. Hints  violets and a touch of sweet spice give it complexity. Soft, vanilla oak enhances the fruit intensity.

Domaine Les Caizergues

The wine is named in memory of Francois Traucat, the celebrated 16th century Nimes gardener, who was responsible for the intensive cultivation of the mulberry tree across the Languedoc and thus the expansion of sericulture in the region.

Ripe red cherries, blue berries, bramble, pencil shavings, tobacco, spice and cedar on the nose and palate. Complex and rich, will age nicely for at least another 5 years.
