Food pairing: Perfect with any dish that contains even a hint of truffle, great with braised red meat and porcini.

After pressing the wine was settled for two days, and then racked to stainless steel tanks for malolactic fermentation. After three years maturation in 50hl Slavonian oak casks it was racked and bottled.

Intense red cherry fruit aromas on the nose and palate. This ‘baby Barolo’ is made from Nebbiolo grapes from selected sites in the Langhe region giving a delicious, medium bodied wine  with garnet highlights and a wonderful scent of ripe prunes. This is a really well-balanced wine, rounded and smooth, and expresses the typical characteristics of the Nebbiolo varietal and its terroir. A perfumed nose, with notes of wet stone. The perfect balance of sweet mulberry, red cherry and strawberry fruit, with some herbal (Eucalyptus and Pine) undertones, and a lovely lifted finish. This is beautifully balanced and delicious, and will be even more so in 3-5 years’ time.

Brick red colour. Pronounced nose of sultanas, dried apricot and raspberry, and a touch of spice. The palate is rich and complex with layers of dried fruits, butterscotch, hazelnut, spice and cinnamon. Full and generous on the finish.

This wine will benefit from being served slightly chilled (12 - 16ºC). It doesn't need to be decanted , and it's worth noting that colheitas can be enjoyed for a while after opening without losing freshness and vibrancy - optimum drinking time after opening is 2-3 months. 

Deep and concentrated blackberry aromas are complemented by layered notes of spice, briar and notable rich, creamy oak. The mouth-filling berry concentration and solid tannin structure lead to a long finish. The wine delivers richness and balance that reflects focus and precision.

Since 1883, five generations of our family have handcrafted fine wines that express
the very best of our vineyards and winemaking expertise. Our Beyer Ranch has
historically been a premier location for Zinfandel. The vineyards are planted
on carefully selected sites of sloping benches that lead to the banks of the Arroyo
del Valle and Arroyo Mocho streams. Grapes from these Zinfandel vineyards
produce luscious wines with deep richness.

Each variety was fermented separately in upright stainless steel fermenters and
pumped over twice daily. The wine was pressed on the skins after 7-12 days.
The wine was aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels for 14
months.

Deep concentration of plums and blackberries with undertones of spice.
This is followed by the fresh fragrance of blue violets. Juicy tannins leave your mouth craving more.

The 2021 Barbaresco is a gorgeous, deep wine. Although the aromatics are a bit
closed, the 2021 shows gorgeous depth and a touch more palate presence than is
typically the case for this bottling. Dark and enveloping, the 2021 will offer a number
of years of very fine drinking. It is an impressive, classy wine from Produttori del
Barbaresco.

Made only from a selection of the best grapes from organic vineyards. A rich and complex Rioja with a true sense of place; a serious and sophisticated wine that ages fantastically.

Carema is high on the northern border of the alpine region Aosta in northern Piedmont. It is made of Nebbiolo grown on glacial soil in this high altitude region which creates powerful, perfumed wines with delicate fruit.
