Vinified from the local Tannat grape variety with some Cabernet Franc and Merlot, harvested fully ripe in October. In the winery the secret of modern rosé vinification is to capture all the delicate aromatics and flavours of red grape varieties but then to cool vinify the pale-coloured juice with all the expertise of white wine vinification.

A fantastic wine for all occasions. Aromatic guava and orange blossom Jump from the glass – this Chenin Blanc is dry, but fruity, with ripe apples, peaches and a hint of orange peel on the palate.
