Deep ruby red with violet hues. The Cabernet varieties show their muscles with dark small fruits like black currant, cherry and blackberry. The nose is rich, it starts fresh and then develops into Mediterranean scrub and black tea notes. The palate is voluminous with fine-grained and silky tannins. This wine has a long-lasting and flavourful finish. Drinking well now, but could keep for several years.

Four years lees ageing enhances texture and brings and elegant creaminess to the palate, resulting in a wine of poise and refined character.

Owned and run by Lawrence Warr, Henners is the result of a long term dream to produce the finest English Sparkling Wine. Lawrence started his career as an automotive engineer in the exciting world of Formula One. Having left Formula One, to set up an engineering consultancy, the search for the perfect vineyard site began. The search  was a lengthy and dedicated one - as the ideal combination of soils, aspect, slope, altitude and microclimate was difficult to find. After two years he found the site at Herstmonceux, East Sussex. The vineyard was planted in May 2007, with the winery following in 2009.

The aroma is rich with notes of blackcurrant and liquorice. On the palate, it is polished and elegant, featuring smooth, silky tannins. Layers of blackberry and cassis dominate, complemented by subtle hints of dark cherry and a touch of cedar. This wine has excellent aging potential.

Giuaani Winery is located in the historic village of Manavi, the heartland of Georgian wine producing region, Kakheti. The Manavi village, cradled by the southern slopes of the minor Caucasus, is a home to one of the 29 PDOs (Protected Denomination of Origin) of Georgia. Its unique soil composition and microclimate provides perfect conditions for vine cultivation, especially for Kakhuri Mtsvane grape variety, and for the production of Manavi PDO white dry wines.

Lemon yellow in colour with golden flecks. Complex aromas of peach, apricots and white raspberries on the nose. Structured and waxy Vidiano that combines strength, freshness and fruit character very well. Elegant and balanced with good acidity, subtle vanilla, melon and spicy notes, a creamy texture and long after taste.

The nose is delicate, restrained and elegant with its grapefruit, greengage, chamomile and apple blossom aromas and whiffs of exotic spice. The floral character of the nose follows through onto a richly textured mid-palate, showing yellow peach, poached pear and nectarine against a backdrop of fresh mandarin and green fig flavours with integrated acidity and a full body. The ripe stone fruit character adds to the complexity on the palate and the spicy finish with hints of fenugreek, black cardamom and Cape fynbos complements a very balanced wine.

Medium to full bodied, delicious red from rock star wine maker and artist Pieter Walser. The translation of the broken down word Malbec in Afrikaans: Mal  - Mad, Bek - mouth is the inspiration for the striking label! Aromas of blackberry, blueberry, baking spices and heady whiffs of violets create complexity. Dark berry fruit, liquorice, notes of sweet tobacco and allspice follow through onto a vibrant mid-palate with bright, svelte tannins and a silky texture. The wine shows exceptional balance with fresh, integrated acidity. Dark plums, black olives and hints of tar and cigar box linger on an earthy finish.

Pomerol is none of these things, yet has managed to earn itself a place among the world's most revered wine region.
