Georgia is considered to be the ‘cradle of wine', as 8,000 year-old indigenous Rkatsiteli grape seeds have been found in clay vessels.

Warm and spicy on the nose, aromas of fresh crushed raspberries and black cherry mingle with black pepper, allspice and woodsmoke. The palate has breadth and natural juiciness combining fresh cranberry and red berry fruit with spicy, peppercorn flavours. Best served at cool room temperature.

The Allendorf family has lived and worked in the Rheingau for 700 years. Based in Oestrich Winkel in the heart of the Rheingau, the estate has grown dramatically over the last 60 years from 1.5 ha to 70 ha, making it one of the biggest family-owned wineries in the Rheingau.

Made solely from Chardonnay, this is a serious and elegant Crémant du Jura. On the nose it is creamy; on the palate well balanced with good depth and classic Champagne-esque toasted brioche flavours and creamy notes evident again, giving this complex wine an appealing softness.

Domaine de Désiré Petit’s Crémant is made using the ‘methode traditionelle’, from Chardonnay purposely grown on poor soils to maintain good acidity in the wine. Bottling is generally carried out during the January to March following harvest, after which the wine spends 12 to 15 months on its lees before disgorgement and dosage of 0.6cl per litre.

Traditional Champenoise method and organic, with a distictly Catalan character . Abundant bubbles of medium size forming crown. Pale yellow colour with green reflections. On the nose fresh and clean with good aromatic intensity, mainly primary aromas of fruit and floral. Delicious!

The Szent Tamás winery was founded by two Hungarian businessmen and the son of Hungary's most famous and influential producers- Istevan Szepsy. They firmly believe the village of MÁD in the remote Tokaj region of Hungary is one of the great wine producing areas of the world. Working with vineyards that were shaped by several volcanic eruptions millions of years ago, their goal is to ensure that the once world renowned Tokaj Crus of MÁD would capture wine world`s attention again. Currently are working with 15 hectares of old vines in 9 different Crus, the MÁD Dry Furmint was created to be a benchmark representation of the village of MÁD through the collaborative work of the Szent Tamás winery and an ever growing number of small landowners.

Rich and dry with a nutty character, with a generous 30 years of maturation in oak adding layers of complexity and flavour.

Le Colombier is the flagship red blend from Massaya made from Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Tempranillo sourced from around 40 year old hillside vineyards in the Bekaa Valley. Located between the Rhine River and the Black Forest, Burkheim produces lush and minerally wines that are ideal companions to a wide range of modern cuisine. Bercher produces Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir), Weisburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris). All the wines go through extended lees-aging and have a wonderful aging potential.

Pale sunshine yellow colour with fresh floral, citrus and melon aromas with hints of almonds. An unoaked, dry, medium bodied white wine with crisp acidity, the Arneis is well-balanced, elegant wine with good complexity and a lingering finish.

The history of Vietti can be traced back to the 19th century, when Mario Vietti made his first wines, selling most of his production to local villagers.

Mario’s fame as a winemaker spread and over time the Vietti name became synonymous with brilliant wines, not just in the local area but across the world. Always looking to grow and innovate, the family was one of the first in Barolo to export wine and to release single-vineyard wines that showcase the individual terroirs of the region.

Inky, dark purple in colour. The nose is pure and concentrated with aromas ripe dark fruit, violets and blackberry. Very well balanced palate with fresh acidity, ripe and supple tannin,  dark stone fruits, juicy yet concentrated with a very long finish. This wine will age well for 5-10 years if you can keep it that long!
