Manzanilla is a style of Fino sherry originating from the port of Sanlúcar de Barrameda where the close proximitiy to the sea and the high humidity contribute to a stronger growth of flor. Made from 100% Palomino, this Manzanillia spent 8 years going through the criaderas and solera system under flor. A lovely pale straw colour, this wine has a pronounced nose of almonds with hints of white peach and distinctive aromas of flor. The palate is light and dry with salty, nutty flavours which are perfectly balanced by a restrained citrus acidity and a pleasant bitterness that lingers on the finish.

Kaylin grew up in the poverty stricken Sir Lowry's Pass area. Kaylin's story is integral to the heart of the Inzuzo brand. As a Cape Wine Guild protégée and one of the few women of colour winemakers in South Africa, her journey is a powerful narrative of talent, determination, and community upliftment in South Africa.

All great wines are shaped as much in the vineyard as they are in the cellar, and this is particularly true of Serica Viognier. Here, careful vineyard management ensures the Viognier vines produce healthy grapes picked at perfect ripeness. Domaine de Vedilhan, owned by the Fayet family, lies in the village of Moussan near Narbonne. A unique feature of the estate is the brook that encircles it, providing vital water in the region’s hot climate and helping preserve the wine’s freshness and vibrancy. The soils—a blend of limestone, sand, and marine shale—encourage the vines to root deeply, resulting in grapes of exceptional quality. For Serica, the grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, with two-thirds fermented in seasoned French oak barrels to add subtle texture and depth. The name “Serica,” derived from the Latin word for silk, reflects the wine’s elegant character.

Birbèt is a rare, semi-sparkling red made from the aromatic indigenous Brachetto grape, from Piedmont and adored for its perfumed sweetness and low alcohol. The wine is aromatic and pretty, yet finely made and gastronomically versatile. Aromas of rose petal, raspberry, strawberry and candied violet are immediate and expressive. The palate is sweet but balanced by lively acidity and a light, refreshing sparkle.
