Classic cranberry and red current aromas giving us a wine with enough bite and texture to be foody but with enough generosity of fruit to be a delicious glass on its own. A touch of oak in the wine making lends a little soothing creaminess to the finish.

Villa Tinta has been a family estate winery since 1998 when the winery foundation was laid and 500 hectares of family-owned vines were planted. The winery is situated in the Bolgrad district where winemaking was the source of life centuries ago.

Presenting a nice and beautiful colour, this is an intense wine, with red fruits notes on the nose. Well-structured, it shows plenty of strawberry and raspberry flavours, combined with pepperish sensations. The end of mouth is fresh and balanced, with a long and pleasant aftertaste.

A bright lemon yellow colour with a nose of green apples, quince and citrus, Persistent fine bubbles. Ripe quince and red apple on the palate with refreshing acidity and a long, well balanced finish.

Textured and delightfully sippable, this orange wine is incredibly accessible, immediately greeting your senses with aromas of ripe peach and apricot. Naturally fermented and macerated on the skins with twice-daily punch downs to increase flavour and texture, before being put through a basket press. Once pressed, this juice is left to settle in tank before being transferred to concrete eggs and flexcubes, then into bottle. This is all about marrying the technique of skin maceration with brilliant drinkability to give a South African wine that’s textured and delicious.
