Spirits and Ale

Pineau des Charentes often referred to as Pineau Charentais or simply Pineau,  is a regional aperitif of western France, made in the areas of Charente, Charente-Maritime, and Dordogne. 
It is a fortified wine/ liqueur, made from either fresh, unfermented grape juice or a blend of lightly fermented grape must, to which a Cognac eau-de-vie is added and then matured.

Nusbaumer are an independent, family-owned artisanal distillery in heart of the Alsace. Founded by Jos Nusbaumer in 1947, the distillery is located in Stiege, a small town in the Vosge valleys, to the south-west of Strasbourg. There are several factors that make Stiege an ideal place to distil fruit spirits; there’s exceptional mountain spring water, high altitude allowing lower distillation pressure leading to richer aromas, and a microclimate with significant temperature variations that has a positive impact on fermentation, maceration and ageing.

A traditional Georgian spirit, similar to vodka distilled from the grape pommace (skins and seeds) after harvest and crushing. It is usually drunk neat as a shot to toast during Georgian feast or Supra as it is called in the country.

Giuaani Winery is located in the historic village of Manavi, the heartland of Georgian wine producing region, Kakheti. The Manavi village, cradled by the southern slopes of the minor Caucasus, is a home to one of the 29 PDOs (Protected Denomination of Origin) of Georgia. Its unique soil composition and microclimate provides perfect conditions for vine cultivation, especially for Kakhuri Mtsvane grape variety, and for the production of Manavi PDO white dry wines.

Rosaluna is an all-natural, handmade agave spirit distilled in the rolling hills of Santiago Matatlán—the heartland of Oaxaca,
México.

A rich bouquet with a full and rounded flavour. Flavours of honey, malt and flowery scents with a hint of dates and figs and wood smoke. A long finish with the sweetness of dried fruit and nuttiness.

A premium Cuban sipping rum. Concentrated, elegant, and complex aromas of fresh roast coffee, red berry fruit, and flowers with a hint of honey and vanilla. The palate balanced, rich, and intense with a fruity note of dried apricot and orange blossom with nuances of cedar, hazelnut, and sweet spice.

ABV: 43.5%

This Anejo Tequila is aged for 2 years in aged oak barrels. It has a slight spicy, fruity aroma and flavour. Superb sipping tequila!

38% ABV

Aged for fifteen years in American white oak casks approximately and then transferred into  Oloroso casks to spend a further three years aging. When both parts have reached 18 years, they are blended together to create a whisky with a rich bouquet and full, rounded flavour. Flavours of honey, malt and flowery scents with a hint of dates and figs and wood smoke. A long finish with the sweetness of dried fruit and subtle dryness of Oloroso nuttiness.
