The 3 Brewers' golden ale is brewed using unique Herefordshire Cascade hops which give a subtle citrus flavour, coupled with Cara malt to give a light golden colour and a hint of sweetness. An exceptionally refreshing beer and perfect for our balmy English Summers....!

INDIA PALE ALE 4.6% abv

Golden colour with an orange tint, brewed with five hops from the UK and USA and fermented longer to give a clean and dry finish.

Inspired by the New River's gentle gradient, Five-Inch Drop is a fine India Pale Ale made with selected malts and hops from the UK, New Zealand and the USA creating fresh citrus and pine needle flavours.

Wild Island Botanic Gin is a celebration of the beauty and unique character of its island home, the Isle of Colonsay.

Crafted in a century old copper still at Langley Distillery, using 100% British Wheat infused with six native hand foraged botanicals growing wild on our island and a further ten as the base. Wild Island Botanic Gin is bottled in Scotland at 43.7% abv using pure Scottish water

Mark at 3 Brewers has bottled this award winning Blonde Ale - usually only available on tap in pubs for us to sell to St Albans folk while the pubs are still shut.

Wild Island ‘Sacred Tree’ Gin uses an array of carefully selected Autumn fruits, including brambles hand gathered on the island, added to a composition totalling 22 individual botanicals to create an incredibly complex, ripe fruit, spicy-sweet contemporary London Dry style gin.

The ancient Scots observed a ‘sacred tree’ calendar of which the bramble vine was one representing the month of September. It was during the month of September that the fruits were gathered and it is the bramble to which the distillers are giving prominence due to its predominant character.

Mead is produced from fermented honey. This is gives the drink a very distinct, sweet and warming mouthfeel, perfect for sipping by the fireside.

London Dry style gin crafted using botanicals unique to the Cape region. Kalahari Truffles, the signature botanical used and known locally as !N'abbas, can only be found by experienced truffle hunters after it rains, when the truffles swell up and create a distinctive cross shaped crack in the ground giving away their location. This cross in the land is where the gin derives its name from.

The gin is double distilled from grapes with more common botanicals juniper, coriander, cardamom, lemon, almond and aniseed and then two other more whackey South African botanicals, Rooibos and Honeybush, which compliment the truffle to give Cruxland gin a distinct South African character .

The name comes from a Venetian legend. Salizada refers to one of the first paved streets in Venice, where you can still find a red stone in the shape of a heart. When lovers touch it they will love each other for ever after.

The Story of Tosolini

The special secret of Tosolini distilled spirits will never be revealed to anyone outside of the members of the family. The ancient art acquired by Master Distiller Bepi Tosolini continues to live on in the professional commitment that is displayed by the entire family, from Giovanni, who now heads the company, to his grandchildren Giuseppe, Bruno and Lisa.

The Tosolini family are committed to preserving and refining the knowledge that their grandfather Bepi acquired from the master distillers of the territory of Friuli. This philosophy has resulted in a continual search for improved product quality and purity, while maintaining the intuition and mastery displayed by Bepi Tosolini also resulted in some innovations in the production of distillates. Defined by a famous journalist from the specialised press as the “patriarch of the still”, Bepi arranged for some special steam stills featuring manual controls to be built, which are still used by the company today. In fact, the steam still does not “burn” the marc or the grapes, but instead delicately transports the alcoholic vapours to the top of the device, allowing a pure and aromatic distillate to be obtained.
