The fruit/mineral balance is so delicious! Very long, clean and precise.

After pressing the wine was settled for two days, and then racked to stainless steel tanks for malolactic fermentation. After three years maturation in 50hl Slavonian oak casks it was racked and bottled.

A straw-coloured white with a lightly spicy bouquet of jasmine, herbs, nutmeg, and hints of white peach. The palate shows a strong mineral backbone balanced by lively acidity, leading to a long, complex finish with almond notes.

Birbèt is a rare, semi-sparkling red made from the aromatic indigenous Brachetto grape, from Piedmont and adored for its perfumed sweetness and low alcohol. The palate is sweet but balanced by lively acidity and a light, refreshing sparkle.
