Champagne Guy de Forez is based in the picturesque village of Les Riceys, in the southern part of the Côte des Bar. The village boasts the largest vineyard area in Champagne (866 ha), and today, its wines are in high demand from the Grandes Marques houses for their outstanding quality Pinot Noir grapes.

A brilliant Petit Chablis - ripe and untouched by oak. Showing all the characteristics of the terroir, as well as lemony freshness and vivacity, underpinned by tight minerality.

Majority Grenache, this wine boasts floral, fruity and spicy aromas. In the mouth it's super juicy with red fruits, with a cherry and strawberry mix before revealing pepper notes. The roundness of this wine is supported by a healthy acidity.

Food Match: It is light enough to match white meats, but with the richness and acidity necessary to accompany a duck confit and gratin Dauphinois.

A wonderfully mature Chardonnay character with ripe white pear, orchard fruits, candied orange and a savoury twist on the finish. Very well balanced and drinking beautifully now.

A wonderful dark red colour, with purple reflections. The bouquet is very expressive with notes of meatiness, black plum skin, bitter and sour cherry, liquorice and chalky notes. It is a wine with beautifully integrated oak, finesse and a very long finish.
