Crafted in a century old copper still at Langley Distillery, using 100% British Wheat infused with six native hand foraged botanicals growing wild on our island and a further ten as the base. Wild Island Botanic Gin is bottled in Scotland at 43.7% abv using pure Scottish water

Elegant and complex with touches of spice on the nose, full of flavour  palate with dried fruits, oak and honey balanced with an attractive freshness.

2007 was a fabulous year for creating balanced Vintage ports in the Morgadio da
Calçada style with great structure along with fine elegance and finesse. Wonderful to
taste now, but for those with patience this wine will be amazing in a few decades.

Food match: Drinks very nicely well chilled on its own of course (but not on your own - this is the sociable drink par excellence after all!), but also recommended with light nibbles, salads and simple fish dishes.

Classic slow second fermentation in bottle followed by maturing on the lees for at least 22 months before being disgorged and released for sale.

Red rocks and warm sand. The palate is initially firm but relents to a wine of great purity and subtlety with notes of tomato, cocoa powder, hazelnut chocolate and star anise. Overall, a heady concoction somehow assembled into a seamless red of phenomenal quality.

Piquepoul Noir has been grown in Southern France for at least 200 years, but is now rarely seen. Originally from the Languedoc, it is one of the 13 grapes permitted in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. 

Geraldine's favourite! An aromatic citrus and floral nose with a crisp granny smith apple, clean palate and a long finish.

Vigna Bufaleffj is a single vineyard in the area of Pachino, planted only with Nero d'Avola vine, trained in the Alberello system. A very special vintage of this Sicilian native variety, from a very highly regarded producer. Warming and complex.

Food match: Slow roast leg of lamb with rosemary, game or mature hard cheese

Gorgeous, sweet wine with loads of citrus aromas like tangerine, hints of tropical fruit and notes of honeysuckle. On the palate an explosion of kumquat citrus, great concentration and balance. This wine does not leave a cloying sweetness but finishes off with a fresh citrus zest. Enjoy now or age with much complexity for the next 8 to 10 years.

Intense ruby-red colour with a complex bouquet reminiscent of prunes, cherries and redcurrants.  The oak ageing adds a pleasant roasted and spicy aroma. On the palate it is full-bodied, supple and well-balanced with a long finish

Founded in Aÿ in 1584 by Pierre Gosset, Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne. It also remains one of the most prestigious, considered by many collectors and connoisseurs as the world’s preeminent name in luxury champagne. In 2009, this storied winemaker celebrated a landmark 425-year anniversary.

Gosset's reputation for excellence starts on the vines. The Champagnes are composed almost entirely of grapes from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards. Unlike most Champagne producers, this illustrious wine house purposely avoids malolactic fermentation and always performs riddling and disgorging of prestige cuvées and large-format bottles by hand. Gosset Champagnes are made with infinite care and kept in dark cellars for at least three years – and up to five for vintage and prestige cuvées – before release.

Intense Ruby Garnet in colour with an elegant nose expressing nutmeg, crushed black pepper, with subtle aniseed, ripe mulberry and dark chocolate. The palate has subtle smoky flavours, blackberries, plums and dark chocolate blending with dry ripe tannins showing a well balanced wine with silky smooth wood integration. 

Andreas only produce this wine - and they are good at it. The wine is aged for 18 months in French and American oak and bottle matured for another year.

Excellent examples of clean and fruit driven Portuguese wines from the Dao region.

Contains all the drama and intensity you would expect from a 20 year old plus, 500g/l sugar PX, and you can drink it too. There is coffee, liquorice, sweet tobacco, prunes, figs, raisins, tea and a dozen other fleeting scents with a surprising lightness and delicacy. An incredible, seductive, luscious and wonderful to drink sherry.
