Crafted in a century old copper still at Langley Distillery, using 100% British Wheat infused with six native hand foraged botanicals growing wild on our island and a further ten as the base. Wild Island Botanic Gin is bottled in Scotland at 43.7% abv using pure Scottish water

Luciously rich and decadent red made from selected grapes from three top class vineyards. 

Aromatic with ripe dark berried fruit alongside sweet spice, a ripe, rich style. The texture is rich and round with abundant, ripe, dark berried fruit supported by fine oak.

The grapes come from the 5 hectare, steep, rocky, terraced hillside vineyard of Calcarole as well as the gently sloping clay vineyards of Rovereti and Pojega in the heart of Negrar, the most celebrated of the communes in Valpolicella. 

Elegant and complex with touches of spice on the nose, full of flavour  palate with dried fruits, oak and honey balanced with an attractive freshness.

Grace Winery was established in 1923, in the Katsunuma province, the birthplace of
the Japanese wine industry. Committed to the belief that great wine is made in the
vineyard, they were the first to research and introduce European training and
pruning methods introducing such as using long cordon training and Vertical Shoot
Positioning in 1990. The wines are made in a modern way to retain the delicate
characteristics of this individual and exciting grape variety.

Deep and generous red colour with a dark core. Ripe red and black fruit with liquorice and black olive notes. The palate is seamless, sophisticated and stylish. Structure and texture weave into a tightly focused, multi-dimensional palate. Fine and persistent tannins work well with the bright acidity and will give this South African wine great longevity.

A very special limited parcel wine from talented young South African winemaker Izele Van Blerk. Drinking window 2023 - 2028. Only 1300 bottles made!

The wine spent 36 months in 2nd and 3rd fill 500L French oak barrels and 24 months in bottle before release. The grapes are from 136 very old vines!

This full-bodied wine explodes with aromas of rose petals, red cherries and raspberries with hints of lavender. The palate is focused with an undertone of cloves, dried fruit and
leather. The grippy tannin structure and zippy acidity is well integrated and delivers an intense, lasting finish.

From the Euganei hills in Veneto, Pinot Nero vines were planted by the Biscardo family over 20 years ago in volcanic soils, rich in minerals and clay. These characters are found in their Rosapasso: a smooth, fresh and structured rosé, light salmon-pink in colour.

Roberto Gatti spent 20 years as cellarmaster and viticulturalist at Bellavista, one of the early pioneers of the Franciacorta region, before creating Ferghettina in 1990. A new winery and cellars, started in 2002, were completed in 2005 and sit in a magnificent location overlooking the beautiful Lake Iseo. Roberto is assisted by his daughter Laura, also an oenologist, shortly to be joined by his son Matteo. The Gatti's control production of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, using only half of the grapes available for their production of 300,000 bottles. Meticulous attention to detail, skillful blending and long bottle maturation give wines of great finesse and individuality. The 'Italy's answer to Champagne' tag is unavoidable but these wines are much more than that.

Finished in Matusalém casks using only Palomino grapes and is aged for 12 years in Fino casks within a Solera system, where it develops a rich, unctuous profile full of ripe berries, sweet  spices and vanilla oak.

An earthy, rustic nose gives up aromas of leather, earth and spices over a backdrop of blackcurrant and ripe raspberry fruit. Harmonious and powerful on the palate, with a cocoa and pepper complexity. Most at home with spice-rubbed steaks, roast rib of beef, or game dishes.
