Corpinnat is a Spanish wine designation for sparkling wines aged a minimum of 18 months made of manually-harvested organic or biodynamic grapes in Penedès. This very sophisticated rosé has fresh notes of strawberries and raspberries and a long elegant finish.

The grapes come from a plot called "Les Forges" located west of the village of Meursault. The soils are shallow.

Very pure and classic attributes, fine polished and beautifully crafted. Quite earthy and masculine. Very dry and aromatic with walnut, spices and orange peel notes.

Bodegas Rey Fernando de Castilla is located in the historic centre of Jerez. Its story began with the aristocratic Andrada-Vanderwilde family, who for two centuries provided grapes and wine for the production of sherry in the area. In 1972 Fernando Andrada-Vanderwilde took over some old sherry cellars and brandy soleras from a couple of local bodegas, and changed the name of the company from Fernando III to Fernando de Castilla.

Grapes are sourced from Fernando de Castilla's partners vineyards in the Jerez district. The soil type is Albariza. Picking takes place in early September. Oloroso typically comes from the second pressing of the grapes or the coarser wines. This wine does not spend any of its life under flor and is fortified in the February after harvest to 18% abv. This is then added to the first Criadera of the Oloroso Solera. The Antique Oloroso is bottled without blending, cold stabilization or filtration of any kind in order to preserve the subtlety, purity and distinctive aromas. On average this wine is 20 years old.

A much warmer site than ‘Clos Les Bussieres’, ‘Les Caraby’ is a small 1 hectare ‘clos’ tagged on to the end of Mercurey’s most famous premier cru, ‘Clos du Roy’. Almost always the first vineyard picked, this is a fast ripening site with its own little valley of both north and south facing vines. This vintage has produced a really well balanced wine with ripe tropical fruits jumping out of the apple and citrus background. Really good texture and weight. No new oak was used in this vineyard. Only one barrel produced. *Limited Availability*

that inevitably took him to the Swartland. It was here that Kent found an isolated and
windswept wine farm perched atop the Porseleinberg mountain.

Produced in the teeth of what Callie Louw calls a "crazy year", with lots of winter rain and one of the hottest Januarys ever, this is the latest in a series of world-class Syrahs from the brilliant Callie Louw. Fermented and aged in foudres and 15% concrete, using the submerged cap technique that has transformed the style here, this has 95% whole bunches, fynbos and Mediterranean herb aromas, sculpted, detailed tannins and layers of plum, blackberry and raspberry and impressive freshness for a wine with a pH of 4.1. A refined wine from a brutal site.

Jerez de la Frontera has an important  influence in the development of the finos from this area. Its long, hot summers and mild but wet winters provide a more rounded and fuller style of wine. 1730 Fino en Rama is a careful selection of the 20 best barrels of Álvaro Domecq's fino solera, bottled with a light filtration.
It has 10 years of biological ageing in barrel, which makes it an excellent wine with great balance between the sharp and saline style of the finos and the solvency and roundness of its years of ageing.
