Earthsong from Dillon's Point Single Vineyard has concentrated aromas and flavours of citrus fruit, passion-fruit and greengages, with a hint of dried herbs and a savoury hint.  The low crop levels are demonstrated filling out the palate and giving good concentration as well as structure.  It has a crisp, dry finish and a lingering after-taste on the palate.

We love this wine! You can't miss this bottle on the shelf with its distinct tactile, voluptuous shape.  This wine is produced only in the best vintages. A deep pomegranate red; delicate floral and black cherry fruit aromas. Warm, plum and tamarind. Full bodied but soft with silky tannins and a long smooth finish.

Travaglini Tre Vigne is the result of extensive research of the best characteristics of soil, and the blend of three historical vineyards. The Nebbiolo grapes from these vineyards are harvested during the first half of October. The grapes are gently crushed and are macerated for around 15 days in stainless steel. Maturation takes place over a 40 month period; 30 months of which 80% in Slovenian Oak and 20% aged separately for 10 months in French Barrique. The rest of the aging is in bottle before release.

Vibrant garnet red from Douro in Portugal displays plenty of black fruit and plump with the added elegance of delicate floral notes. 30 % of the wine is aged for 6 months in French oak which knits the wine together and provides a long finish.

De Grendel Wine

De Grendel Brut Rosé has all the hallmarks of a traditional, meticulously constructed Cap Classique, with the added allure of being playful and exciting, Hopkins said. Complex and with a weightier palate than the average sparkling wine, this bone-dry rosé has a fine and persistent mousse introducing hints of oyster shell and fresh lavender on the nose. Intense strawberry coulis and black cherry flavours are well-balanced by firm acidity and linger in the exceptionally long finish.

Fresh red fruits, with a floral note immediately jumps out from the nose. Dark ripe raspberries, spices, lavender, hints of oak and cassis emerge after the initial blast of fruit. Beautifully balanced with nice acidity and ripe tannins.

Aged on the lees for at least 36 months with a small proportion fermented in old oak barrels, the result is rich and creamy with a clean and moreish finish. Pale golden in colour, with fine beads of bubbles in the glass. On the nose, Brut Reserve 2021 has aromas of green apple, bright lemon citrus and nectarine. On the palate, the wine is elegant and soft, brimming with orchard fruits alongside white peach and a hint of orange citrus.. A long, clean and fresh finish.
