COZs is a partnership between two Portuguese wine grape growers, Tiago Teles (Gilda, RAIZ) and António Marques-da-Cruz (Quinta da Serradinha), that started in 2015, in a 60-year-old vineyard of the Baga variety. In 2017, acquired the historic Vinha da Pena in Serra de Montejunto – a limestone formation from the Jurassic period, located 15 km from the Atlantic Ocean, in the Lisbon region. Pioneers in the introduction of organic agriculture as well as new concepts of pruning and soil fertilization in the Serra de Montejunto, we initiated an important transformation of practices and mentalities in mountain viticulture.

The nose is fragrant and full of ripe black fruit along with hints of cocoa, leather and liquorice. On the palate it is generous and full bodied, smooth yet firm tannin and a very long finish seasoned with sweet spice and toasty oak. This Cabernet expresses the distinct regional profile of Margaret River.

One of Tuscany’s leading, most historically important estates, Castello di Ama is responsible for some of the regions key innovations and has an extensive reputation for the production of premium quality wine. Located in Gaiole, in the sub region of Chianti Classico, the estate consists of 76 hectares under vine. Today it is run and owned by Lorenza Sebasti, descendant of one of the original four families and Marco Pallanti, one of Italy’s top winemakers. Together they have reinvested in the property, replanting old vineyards and built a state-of-the-art winery.

Super-premium Cabernet from one of the oldest and most highly regarded estates in Washington State. Classic aromas of dark cherries, cedar, and pipe tobacco. Smooth and refined. Twenty year old vines from their the Morandina vineyard near the Lessini mountains is at 450 metres altitude. Soils are limestone, calcareous and the site has a south-easterly exposure.It is a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, plus a tiny bit of Oseleta, the vine shoots are cut allowing the grapes to dry for a month on the vine before harvesting. After fermentation the wine is aged for 18 months in barrel.

This is a vegan wine with a potential to bottle age. A ripe red wine with the notes of dried herbs, plums and cherry. The tannins are ripe with the flavour of liquorice. A long and complex finish that leads to the notes of orange peel and ripe red fruit.

This tiny property of 1.3 hectares has seven parcels spread throughout the Pomerol appellation, positioned between Clos René, Château Trotanoy, Château Nénin, and next to Château Le Pin.
Château Feytit-Guillot truly benefits from these wonderful plots on the plateau. The vines have an average age of forty years and are always entirely hand-picked before undergoing traditional fermentation and aging in oak barrels for 14 months. The wine is pure and understated for a Pomerol, with a fresh nose and floral aromas on the palate. It is also one of the best value Pomerols on the market.

Pomerol is a much respected red wine appellation in the Bordeaux region of South­Western France. Both historically and physically, it stands apart from other Bordeaux appellations. It does not conform to the accepted image of a Bordeaux wine­ district as being a wealthy, Chateau-­laden area with an all ­important classification system. Pomerol is none of these things, yet has managed to earn itself a place among the world's most revered wine region.

Expressive and complex with aromas of cherry and blackberry which are complemented by sweet spice and vegetal notes. Opulent and rich with balancing freshness, refined tannins and a long finish.

The organically cultivated vineyard is located on the eastern slopes of Mount
Cholomon, facing Mount Athos and the Syggitikos Gulf. The vines are grown at an
elevation of 200 to 500 metres, just a short distance from the Aegean Sea. The vines are
strongly influenced by ocean breezes and cool, humid winds from the surrounding
mountains at night. This temperate climate allows for natural, bright acidity and
contributes to the seasonal hydration of the vines, allowing the precious natural
resources to be used more sparingly.

A fresh and aromatic nose with red and black fruit (blackberries, cherries) and some vanilla notes. A fine tannic structure, elegant, yet bold and concentrated with a long and silky finish.
