Delicious, dry amber wine made in traditional Georgian Qvervri. An aromatic nose of citrus blossom, dried apricots and almonds. On the palate there are hints of burnt orange rind and dried peach, structured with soft tannins and a long finish.

The Shilda winery lies at the foot of the southern slope of the Caucasus Mountain range and this special climate and the diversity of the mineral-rich soil creates spectacular wines.

The superb Sémillon grapes for this wine have been sourced from the Korhaan Vineyard, block number 11, planted in 1988. The nose shows intense citrus, white flowers, honey and spice. Stunningly focused, complex and well balanced with a crisp acidity.

The nose shows notes of vanilla, toast and some exotic pineapple and lemon nuances. The palate is broad, textured and leesy with hints of honeycomb and some yellow citrus. The acidity is piercing due to no malolactic fermentation in this vintage and gives great focus and backbone to a wine as textured as this.

A classical style of Soave. Aromas of pear, lemon zest and peach. Lightly honeyed and juicy palate with the notes of citrus, peach, almond. The finish is crisp and mineral.

Utterly unique. Using the process traditionally used to create fino, this wine is kept for 8 months beneath a veil of flor (a light covering of yeast) in wooden barrels. Fresh, saline and minerality combined with citrus, green apple and toasted bread. Really, bloody
good.

A fresh, crisp wine showing all the fine qualities of the unique Furmint grape. Aromas of blossom, apple, and pear combine with flavours of ripe apricot and peach to produce a
sleek, intense dry wine with a long, refreshing finish.

Tokaji wines have enjoyed a long, glorious history. Louis XIV of France described them as “The wine of Kings and King of wines”, whilst Catherine the Great of Russia stationed a contingent of Cossack soldiers in the region to protect the vineyards and escort the wine on its journey to St. Petersburg. Many European monarchs are known to have enjoyed Tokaji wines over the centuries. Napoleon III ordered 30–40 barrels of Tokaji for the Imperial Court each year, while Emperor Franz Joseph sent Queen Victoria a gift of Tokaji every year on her birthday - a dozen bottles for each year of her age.

Limited edition Chardonnay from Warwick’s Estate vineyard Block 18 and the Helderberg Vineyards. Aromas of flowers, minerals and stones, white nectarine and poached pear on the nose. Silky yet austere with a round yet clean and long lemon flavoured finish.

A blend of several estate-owned plots, 25/30yo, planted to original rootstock, near the village of La Chapelle Vaupelteigne, due west of premier cru ‘Fourchaume.’ Soils are chalky and stony, textbook Chablis terroir. Hand-harvested. Pressed full-cluster and fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks. Aged also in tank (no barrel ageing). Bottled un-fined and unfiltered.

Pale, lemon yellow colour, fresh, light and zippy with an aromatic and herbal note. Aromas and characters of roses, red apples, citrus and white flowers.

The Kalkofen vineyard is located on the western edge of the town of Deidesheim, which is in the heart of the Palatinate wine growing area. The name of the vineyard, Kalkofen, is an old limestone-brick oven in the middle-ages. There is a high content of limestone in this part of the area, which gives a lot of minerality to the vines and is noticeable in the fine wines produced from these Grand Cru (Grosse Lage) vineyards.

Penny's new obsession is the rare, native grape variety of Nascetta. This beautiful ageworthy white has lemon zest, green pear and white pepper on the nose, with hints of wild fennel and saltiness. A precise and balanced, mouthfilling mid-palate with a long, saline finish.
