Valentine's Aphrodisiac Wine and Food Flight

Valentine's Aphrodisiac Wine and Food Flight

Last Valentines day Geraldine had great fun arranging a romantically themed evening of wine and food pairing in the shop and sold timed tickets to 20 lovely couples. We had to be creative with our matches because we only have a small kitchen preparation area in the shop and no oven or stove for preparing hot food. The whole menu was designed around cold, finger foods. Many of the ingredients are sold as part of our deli range and the rest were sourced locally from our favourite Italian delicatessen - Buongiorno Italia on Lattimore Road, St Albans. I thought I’d share the menu online this year, to give you a little inspiration to create your own at home, no cooking required, romantic food and wine flight. Buon appetito!
