Botivo Non-alcoholic Aperitif

Botivo is a handcrafted non-alcoholic aperitif inspired by ancient herbal tonics called oxymels.
Like all good aperitifs, Botivo’s distinguising flavour is its bittersweet backbone. In the absence of alcohol, we use British apple cider vinegar and single source honey
to extract the flavours of:Rosemary . Thyme . Gentian . Wormwood . Orange Zest
