Complex nose of balsamic notes, intense black fruit, fine grained, supple tannins and incredible freshness on the finish.

The best bunches of Tempranillo , were selected from an exceptional vineyard at 625m altitude. The wine was fermented and matured in concrete for 5 years, followed by maturation in Russian oak for a further 45 months The wine spent eight years in cement tanks and oak barrels before being bottled.
