A small batch blend of Malt and Grain whiskey with a higher than normal composition of first fill bourbon barrels. Maturation finishes in ex-Rum barrels to impart an extra sweet, smooth flavour while keeping the unique taste of Irish Whiskey.
NOSE: Cut grass and orange blossom. Allspice, hints of vanilla, apple pie and blackberries.
PALATE: Spiced, rich palate with rose petal jelly and lemon curd. Creamy vanilla, hints of dried herbs and cinnamon.
FINISH: Floral, herbal finish. Caramel on the tail.

Jack Teeling, founder of the Teeling Whiskey Co., comes from a family long associated with Irish whiskey. From Walter Teeling in 1782 who started a distillery on Marrowbone Lane in Dublin to John Teeling who founded Cooley Distillery in 1987, the first new Irish whiskey distillery to be establish in Ireland in over 100 years. Teeling's entrepreneurial spirit has been maintained by Jack who is reviving the Independent Spirit of Ireland though the Teeling Whiskey Co.
