Niepoort Morgadio da Calcada Vintage Port 2017

The 2017 is a dense purple colour. On the nose: wild berries and dark fruit are evident which follow through on the palate with a smooth velvety texture and are wonderfully contrasted with a delightfully rustic tannic finish. 

Wonderful to drink now, but for those with patience, this wine will be amazing in a few years/ decades time.
