Fleshy blackcurrant and plum notes with a velvety texture. Easy to drink and pairs well with blue or mature cheddar cheese, red meat dishes (venison, beef, steak) and well seasoned beef burgers.

Chateau La Condamine is run by the Baronet family and produces wines that are very typical of the Corbières region.
Their principle cuvee is dominated by Carignan but also contains some Grenache, Mourvèdre and a little bit of Syrah.
This results in big tastes but with soft and ripe tones. With lots of cherry characters and hints of herbs and liquorice.
Corbières is a warm climate region in southern France famous for it's big, blockbuster red wines.
